Had a great stay at Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi! The location was super convenient, close to the subway and lots of local attractions. The hotel was clean, modern, and check-in with the robot was a fun, unique experience. Staff were helpful and everything ran smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is conveniently located in the Asakusa area, with easy access to Asakusa Station. However, I recommend getting off at Tawaramachi Station (G18) and using Exit 1, which is just 280 meters away—less than a 5-minute walk. The room is spacious enough for two people, even with two large pieces of luggage. A nice touch is the LG Styler Steam Closet in every guest room, which is perfect for dry cleaning and refreshing clothes. You can store your luggage at the front desk free of charge, which is very convenient. If you need to pack your bags and use vacuum-seal bags, they’re available for a small fee at the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet still be close to the main tourist spots. (Convenient Store; Family Mart is on the ground floor)

The room was big and nice. Check in and Check out were all self serviced but self check in didn’t go well so we had to call staff for help. The room was nice and well equipped with amenities and there was even styler we could use. Very nice hotel with reasonable price. Recommend

Room is little bigger than many Tokyo hotel as that price range ,also LG steam wash & dry machine that really help-full, location is nice closed to Tawaramachi station. Go out quite easier

Our stay at Henn na Hotel (Asakusa Tawaramachi) was great! It is close to the train station which is important for any trip! The hotel provides different amenities such as pajamas and there’s also a Family Mart branch downstairs. 😊
