Great hotel for location at Shinjuku Station and loved the amenities too. Definitely tick my list in accomodation😀

To small for that price 15 mint to 20 metro station. Acceblity to foods and restaurants easy . To small fir the price .

You could use Shinjuku station tunnel and exit at the Tokyo metropolitan government exit to avoid coldness. Sign up as member to get additional 1 hour late check out very attractive offer thx u!

Hotel room has enough room for a single big luggage and some walking space. Accessible location as Limo bus stop directly at old hotel. Only complaint is the high step to go in and out of the toilet. Pretty far to walk to the train station. Overall staff is helpful and hotel has self-service washing machines available.

The hotel located more far than expected from Shinjuku station. Although there is underground pathway but it takes around 20 min walk.

Good location with a nice udon nearby. One of the biggest room we stayed in Japan thus far. Clean and spacious!

I think this is a strategic hotel for first timers. The bus from Haneda airport drops passengers off to this hotel, no walking, trains or taxis required. To Shinjuku Station is roughly 7 minutes on foot. There is 1 Family Mart in front of the Shinjuku Washington Hotel & other nearby Konbinis. Room is small but bigger than APA, got 2 rooms for the family as the had no rooms to accommodate 4 pax. The receptionist was really helpful, provided umbrellas for us to use as it was raining. Rooms are clean, amenities available at the lobby. Love this place & really miss Japan. Planning another trip for 2025 & this will be on our list.

Overall, it is not bad. Room (standard double) is rather small, so there's not much space to open the suitcase. Hotel has a convenience store at level 1 and other amenities.

Location is good, close to metro & JR station. Several restaurants in the hotel building and 2x convenient stores available 24h open.

It is not really far from Shinjuku shopping area , it is it’s around 5-6 mins walk to hit the train station Don’t walk the underpass , it is actually longer way to reach the station , we walk on top to explore different scene around the hotel

There’s an underground that linked from the train station to the hotel which make it very convenient, to avoid the crowd and bad weather condition. However the rooms are small and 2 persons to share a double bed is too squeeze and not enough space to put our luggage.

Feel good, next time I will be there again.
