nice hotel but room is on the smaller if you have 3 luggages like us. it’s quite a distance to walk from the train station in the cold. I was surprised that they actually have something like a wet mat to roll your luggages over to clean the wheels of our luggages before placing them on their tatami mat. interesting also that your shoes need to be removed and kept in their lockers. the breakfast spread is so good. i love how you get alittle of everything like making your own omakase, very satisfying. clothes are provided in room for you to change into before heading out to their dining area or onsen. onsen feels very authentic. they have 2 types of ice cream flavours (free flow) at onsen floor.

We've been a fan of Dormy Inn for a while so we decided to try a "Premium" one this time. Unfortunately, this experience was the worst as the amenities provided was worse than the normal Dormy Inn. The staff was not really welcoming and we constantly hearing water sound from the room with a noisy corridor. The location wise was not particularly good as well as it's far from the train stations. Not recommended for families with heavy luggage.

The hygiene at this hotel is impeccable. When you arrive you are not allowed to wear any shoes inside the hotel and you clean your suitcase before entering. The room is a good size, with a strong shower in the bathroom. Bed and pillow is quite hard but it didn't affect my sleep. I loved the onsen area. They have onsen, cold bath and a mineral bath as well as a sauna. It was great to use this after a day of walking. The only downside was breakfast, there is a good range and I did eat some of the food. However, I just felt like when I'd read reviews online it was praising the breakfast. For me though, I thought it was avergae. I didn't think it was worth the money. The hotel is a good location not too far from some of the metro lines and has a number of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Would definitely consider staying here again. The hotel is good value for money.

The place is within walking distance from the famous temple in Asakusa. The overall experience is very nice. I felt the warm welcoming vibe.

Not close to the train station and it’s not clean I found some hair under the duvet and pillow. Also I can smell the old furniture smell when I was sleeping. Most importantly room it’s really small barely open two suitcase at the same time. I booked 2 night but we only stayed 1 night then checked out.

The hotel is so good ! Nice location, many restaurants nearby which are so tasty! And I have to say the breakfast is so good ! Not to mention the hot springs

The Service is good. The hotel has an onsen which can ease my pain after walking so long in Tokyo.

The location is great and it is easy to find the hotel. We enjoy the hot spring in the basement of the hotel and the free noodle that the hotel serves at night. We like the interior design of the hotel, although the room is tiny, which is expected with Japan standards.

It's a very good hotel. The atmosphere is good. The food is delicious. The staffs are very good and have service minded. The ramen is very delicious.

The hotel I booked to prepare for taking an international flight home the next day was good in all aspects, but the cleanliness process needs improvement.

Very close to shopping and Sensoji, not far fm metro, it is perfect for me. But a bit noisy especially stayed on the lower floor as you could hear rhe security personnel use the speaker to talk on the street …

The taxi driver couldn’t find the location and we ended up walking around the block. It gets confused with Dormy but the hotel has guest data for both locations. It’s not close to any train station if you have elderly people or walking problems. I asked for the docomobike share shop and they gave me a location and I spent 30 minutes walking looking for it asking locals along the way and the shop doesn’t exist anymore. I did not enjoy my stay there .

Nice location, can see sky tree through room window. Nearby train station is TX Asakusa (not JR train station) 2 stops to Akihabara. Lawson and Donki 24hrs nearby. 2 mins walk to Asakusa Temple. Free Ramen from 21:30 to 23:00 and free ice cream night / free yakult morning at onsen level (B1). Checkin at 3pm but there is luggage storage service if you come earlier.
