The location of the hotel is perfect. It is one minute walk to Don Quixote, and very close to Ginza Main Street. It has a convenience store Family Mart just below the hotel. Although the room is not so big since its normal in Ginza area, the facilities are complete! Size of shower room is just perfect. What I do not really like is they do not give extra bottles of drinking water even when I asked for it. There is also a massage chair in the room where in you can sit and relax after a long day of walking. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel location was really great as it was located near the shopping street of Ginza and Don Quijote. Hotel staff was really nice to meet our request for high floor and checking in was pretty smooth. Would come back again :)

Room is smaller than expected and temperature control sometimes works sometimes does not. Overall good location to train station and massage chair is a welcome plus

The hotel location is very convenient, very close to the Shibashi station and with many shop options close by the hotel.

Great location near to ginza and shimbashi with the toy park just within walking distance so my son can play on pokemon Frienda machines in level 4. Love going to Donki which is just outside our hotel.

Good location with clean and cozy room. Best with massage chair provided in the room! Had massage every night after a long day out!

- Location was convenient with lots of convenience marts, food / cafe places, Don Quijote and ~3-5 mins walk to nearest train station (Shimbashi). Shimbashi is also a really convenient station that consists of different metro lines and this makes it easy to get to other neighbourhoods/cities such as Shinjuku, Harajuku, Omote sando, etc... - Service was great. The staff were really friendly and have great awareness which made the check-in and check-out process prompt and swift. The hotel also provides daily room cleaning/make-up for customers and also various amenities/necessities. - In terms of facilities and room space, the hotel doesn't have much which is expected in most Tokyo area hotels so this doesn't affect my impression or expectation of the hotel's environment or service. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend for people looking to stay in this area.
