Hotel JAL City Tokyo Toyosu recensioner

The hotel as it is was great as the room was spacious, has an amazing view and a convenience store links to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and they provide cleaning everyday and the amenities. But the downside is the location. It took a bit loner than we expected to get to the main tourist area such as Shibuya, Harajuku, Akihabara and etc - we took a bus then transferred to subway and it took us about 40 - 50minutes and sometimes the buses were full so we had to wait for another one. Ginza was a few stops by a bus so it depends where you'd like to go but it wasn't the best option for us. The price is reasonable for the quality of the hotel given its location.

Nice business hotel located in a quiet area of Toyosu. Staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are bigger than average hotel rooms in Tokyo.

Best trip ever. Place is good and not that crowd, and metro is very convenient to everywhere :)

One of the rooms we've got smell of cigarette smoke. Once we informed the front desk, they got it addressed immediately even though it's already night time. The gentlement on duty at front desk brought up the tools within 5 mins and helped us out himself. Very impressive. Issue did get resolved eventually. Thank you.

Clean hotel room, friendly staff. There is one Lawson at hotel entrance. 2 minutes walking distance to and from busier train station. Very nice stay.

The place is very pleasant and peaceful for travelling with your family. It has an excellent location. You can reach the Ginza area in 10-15 minutes. The cleaning staff occasionally do not properly make up the rooms, without changing the bedsheets.

Overall, the hotel is great in all aspects, only the breakfast is very much in the Japanese spirit and it would be worth to add more European or American cuisine.

The hotel has a good Cost-Price value and nearby the fish market.

The room is fine, breakfast used local food, that’s good, others just okay, no special, room rate a bite high than value. Should not stay again in future.
