HOTEL LiVEMAX Asakusa-Ekimae

The staff had a very bad attitude. We needed help during check in using the automated machine, but she was so angry and unwilling. I feel sad for her, then why is she working in the hospitality sector? The hotel supposedly does have a luggage holding service, but I saw some random bags strewn in the lobby near the elevator, with no netting covering them. They were also not placed discreetly away from everyone's path. It seems easy for anyone to just help himself to a bag, so it's definitely not recommended for anyone to leave their luggage here at this hotel. The room itself was good though, the view on the 11th floor was excellent, and the location is excellent, right near Asakusa subway station exit A2.

Horrible experience, don’t recommend to stay, the room is super dirty, the lift is smelly, as their staff are smelly.

Not conftable already first at Check. Its ok for customer self-checking, but when i feel uncertain in filling forms on machine asking reception for help, i hot response from her reception desk，"just read instructions below," instead of coming to me. I feel she is so impatient. When i checked out, i thought 11cl. I was told to late check out fee, of course i paid for that, but the she told me like punishment. As for facility, broken curtain, worn out wall and remote control toilet flushing not properly fixed on wall. All in all, I will not recommend this hotel.
