Quiet location, clean environment, and well-equipped facilities. If you want to have a quiet night in Tokyo, I'll recommend it.

Very nice hotel close to the subway I will come back for sure as soon as I will be back in Japan

Don’t expect cleaning service , the hostel only provides bed sheath change only if you stay for more 4 days. The cleaning service is not available due to security issues (as they said) . Otherwise , the shared bathroom is cleaner than i thought and each floor provided 1 bathroom/3rooms. If you booked a private room , the hostel provides 1 towel/guest/stay (no matter how long you stay)

Room is quite, good facilities

I solo traveled to Japan for a month and stayed in this hostel for 2 weeks. Everything looks exactly like the pictures! I've seen some comments about there being only one bathroom for the whole dorm, but I went in June (not so many people, I guess?) and never had any issues. The location is really good, and using Google Maps makes it easy to find your way. It even recommends the best route depending on where you want to go! A few things to keep in mind: there's only a microwave and a fridge, so cooking isn't possible. However, there is water, and you can get hot water for instant meals. Special thanks to one of the staff members, Kotoha. She was amazing, we had great conversations, and she recommended places to visit, where to eat, and snacks to take home! If I ever had the chance again I will be definitely going back, ty!

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. All basic amenities are also provided. However, location wise it’s abit far from the metro or JR stations. Suitable for people who is looking for cheaper options hotel and quiet neighbourhood.

We loved it soo much! Thank you &AND Kuramae West! Even though it was a hostel, it felt like a hotel with the exception of a sharing shower room. It was clean, had all the basic necessity we needed (towels included for this double room), drinking water at reception, had elevator to make it easy. The most surprising thing was that the double room was very spacious and beautifully decorated for a hostel. To top that, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We really can't thank them enough for our unending requests - checking in without the full party due to differing schedules, leaving oversized luggage, and helping us speak to taxi driver how to fit in our oversized luggage. We will definitely choose this hostel if we come back again. The only thing that wasn't so convenient was the location - it's 9-13mins to nearest train station, which is okay but not when you're super tired from a whole day walking or if you are senior citizens. but taxi from train is not too expensive only 600yen. So not a deal breaker.

Clean & cool vibe hostel. But the female receptionist was not friendly, her face kept frowning. Don't be a receptionist if you can't be friendly. Unlike the male receptionists, they are much friendlier. As for amenities, you can't get anything here, you have to buy everything and you can't use cash, you have to swipe a debit or credit card or use electronic money. Washing machine costs 300 yen, dryer 100 yen for 30 minutes. Be careful, there is a dryer that is damaged but not marked. I dried it twice, which means I put in a 200 yen coin, my clothes were still damp. Finally tried moving to another dryer, paid another 100 yen, then the clothes were dry. Oh yes, you also have to bring your own detergent, if you buy it at the hostel it costs 50 yen. Near the hostel there is also a coin laundry kiosk. There is a microwave, water heater, free drinking water is also provided. From the station it is also quite good, around 450 meters. After checking out, you can leave your suitcase, but you will be charged 200 yen per suitcase. And the limit is only until 23 pm according to the receptionist's working hours every day, 8 am - 23 pm

Very clean, metro station nearby, personal of the hotel so nice.

Hotel is 25 mins waking from Shinjuku train station, you can walk around Shinjuku area after AirPort Express. I was living in a new building, capsule are good and modern. Hostel provides free towels, teeth brushes, slippers. Huge shower room with 3/4 showers.

Nice budget hostel, good and welcoming staff, good location , quiet but still very accessible

It’s fine for a hostel. I went for the single room which again was fine but for the same money (or just a bit more) you can have a more decent hotel. I just was a bit late with my booking.
