Galois Hotel Shinokubo recensioner

The staff were friendly, as usual. However, there was a bad smell in the room, which smelled like disinfectant. The windows could not be opened so we had to keep the door open to ease the smell. Also we checked in late at night, and in the morning I was only late to check out for 10-15 minutes, but was charged for an extension. This don’t usually happen in hotels in Japan when the delay isn’t significant.

Modern hotel, clean n nice. Only oroblem is the room size is a bit small. Walking distance to kabukicho shinjuku area.

This is a great little hotel. Rooms are small which is not unusual in Tokyo but they are very new, clean, quiet and secure - which is just what you want for a nice night’s sleep, the rest of your time in Tokyo you’ll be out and about!! Lobby has a coffee and tea machine. Hotel is in a fantastic location in a really cute area. Right near a metro station but we walked to Shinjuku easily.

Staff dont speak English so they will waste your time during check in and during your stay if you need anything ( they have only one solution for your questions: Sorry Sorry I am Sorry ) Room and toilets are too small. Hotel price is really high according to its services and room size. Rooms are really smelly. Resturant is not a part of hotel (which they shown in their pictures) so you will waste time and money if you add your breakfast.

Location is very close walking distance to station and restaurants. The hotel is clean and comfortable for two, every thing is provided and hotel staff are friendly. Highly recommended 👍

Great, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Clean hotel with good service, located in a convenient location to major Tokyo hot spots but just a station away from the louder areas. Plenty of food and bars nearby, as well as ***** stores, dollar stores, etc. Love the hot bath facility and abundant amenities (coffee, washcloths, razors, etc.)

Short, easy walk from the train station, in a very international section of Tokyo, with a variety of ethnic restaurants and convenience stores all around. The rooms were compact but well-laid out so felt spacious. Excellent sound-proof construction made for quiet nights. The combo futon/beds and pillows were comfortable, the free WiFi excellent, and the on-site traditional public bath very relaxing. The washing machine & dryer facilities made our 4-day stay feasible. The unlimited free coffee, hot tea, and toiletries in the lobby were a nice surprise. When I accidentally locked myself out, the front desk staffer was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends!

Tiny tiny hotel room, as is common in Tokyo. I’m 5’3 and my fiancée is 6’0 and we were able to both fit on the bed but not that comfortably. TV is outdated, only local channels available and you can’t stream from your phone. Bathhouse is lovely!! Very nice and clean. They don’t allow tattoos but I was the only one there at the time so it wasn’t an issue. No one ever cleaned our room which was a little disappointing as we were there 4 nights. Hotel right in the middle of KTown and walkable to Shinjuku area, so great location!

 The room is small, but I think this is the end of the explanation of a hotel where you can take a bath near Shinjuku and 1 minute away from the subway station.

酒店就在新大久保站走路10分鐘左右，車站附近有麥當勞、吉野家、711、Donk、松本清等等十分方便！ 前面有DHC個人護理產免費索取！👍🏻 雖然沒有房間清潔服務，但每日有更換毛巾，只要你出門前將舊毛巾放喺門口就可以及有兩瓶水！ 另外酒店附近多南亞裔商店，所以附近多南亞人出入！但感覺還是安全的？
