Very good. The staff are friendly, the bed is comfortable, the facility’s are very clean. The lounge is fantastic, with great views. Good location, about 10-20 minutes subway to Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Great for solo travellers. Separate lift access for males and females, felt very safe as a solo female travelling. The capsule is spacious, though it would be great if there were hooks to hang things up. a little cumbersome to go up and down using the 1 lift. Sleeping pods are on 3, 6, 9 levels, showers are on the 1st floor, lockers are on the 3rd floor (alternate levels for males). Good view of Tokyo Tower at night + great location.

Everything is very clear. The best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed. Stay was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. Location is also perfect with the view of tokyo tower. Highly recommended for travelers.

You get what you pay for at a capsule hotel, but this was nicely ordered and felt clean and efficient. The bed was a little bit on the harder side and the pillow was a buckwheat type pillow which I didn’t realise is actually quite common in Japan. Only thing to improve is just the little things, like more hooks in the bathroom to hang things, a bin in the shower cubicle, maybe a dedicated space to unpack/pack your suitcase because the locker area is really cramped

Easy access to haneda airport

Perfect place for a short term stay if solo travelling. Clean sheets, towels, and loungewear everyday and very clean. It is located very close to the yamanote line so it's perfect for getting around Tokyo. One thing to note is that you will not be able to access your locker or bed in between 11am and 3pm as they will be cleaning but shouldn't be an issue for most travellers.

Decent space for luggage, big social area with great view of the Tokyo Tower. Great location to access Haneda Airport

At ten o'clock in the morning, there will be a counter broadcast to tidy up the room. There will be leisure clothes. The mass bath and lounge. It's like having a real squid game.🤣

Very clean and nice, 8 showering pods for all female good noise isolation, very quiet in the capsules definitely recommend!

Had 4 nights booked and only stayed for 1, and moved to a different hotel. The staff were quite rude and dismissive. The facilities were ok but whilst sleeping you can hear everything from the other capsules and the shower rooms and toilets spelt very badly.

The capsule is very clean and the view is also good,it can look Tokyo Tower
