Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport recensioner

Excellent location with ~10 mins walk to Terminal 3 Haneda Airport. Therefore good for us as our flight is in the morning in T3. Hotel is quite new that all facilities are clean. Room is not big but equipped with all necessary facilities. We used self service kiosk to check-in and checkout. Hence no need to wait long time even though it looked full of guests in the lobby area. Onsen need additional charge so we didn't try it.

Stayed for a night after a late arrival from domestic flight. Taking the free airport shuttle from terminal 2 to terminal 3. The hotel is accessible by an overhead bridge with indoor walkway. The luggage cart can push all the way directly to your hotel room! Really convenient! And of course the free shuttle from the hotel to the city is a big plus.

We missed our connection and we’re delight to stay at the Villa Grand Hotel which was a 5 minute walk from the international departure hall at Haneda airport. It was snowing but we didn’t have to go outside as the hotel is connected to the airport. The service was excellent and efficient and the price was very reasonable. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel as our departure was in the evening. I would certainly stay here again.

We had a convenient and comfortable stay after our flight. The breakfast was very good also.

Hotel is well located, easily accessible, clean and bright. Price is reasonable. Hotel staff are professional and polite. Food options aplenty including a halal restaurant. Adjoining spa facilities are really good and a bonus as it is opened throughout the night. To sum up, I was pleased with stay will recommend and return!

Good as usual ; but this time there were many residents who occupied the lobby and it appeared that the cloak service was not quick enough to satisfy the demand.

Distance: I saw many reviews saying that the hotel is 3mins walk from the airport. Actually, the hallway took at least 5mins. And once you arrive at the lobby and walk all the way to the room, it takes another 4minutes, depends on your room location. So, more realistically saying, the walk from hotel to departure hall takes a good 10mins. Check in: many kiosks are available so you don’t need to queue up much. Just need to scan passport(s) and get the card keys from the kiosk. It also shows the direction to your room. Very quick and convenient check out too, just need to put the keys back in. Room: I liked that the hotel provided pyjamas. I wondered why hotel asked me a gender previously. I assume it was for the pyjamas sizes. M size was placed on bed for female customer. Room size is not big, but it has an open view facing the sea and small bathtub.

Try the curry at the onsen during late night since it is the only dinner place that is open.

Hotel guest will have a discount for the onsen for ¥1000 per person and it’s a must go place. The onsen is located at 12/F of the hotel where the public can access with a fee. Guests from the premier side of the hotel can access free of charge. Suggest to stay near the elevator as it’s a large hotel.

Amazing hotel that connects to the airport. They have an amazing outdoor onsen and very clean and comfy room. Great for a night stay for an early connecting flight. They also have baggage storage at reception so you do not need to bring heavy luggage into room. Check in and check out process is automated with a kiosk. the hotel staff were very helpful and quick to solve any issues
