Reception staff is quite cool, didnt help me when I was having trouble checking in. The service is medicore.

Recommended Hotel. Near to Tokyo Station and 3 mins walk from Takaracho Station. Super convenient because of Convenient Store at the 1st floor. Their Lobby is in the 3rd floor. We stayed 4D3N. Such a wonderful stay.

TLDR: Will return if I’m staying in Kyobashi because I love the huge bathing area which comes with a shower and a bathtub. Room: View: Heritage building across the street Location: Convenient - it’s 7min on foot from Tokyo Station and 3min on foot from Yaesu Underground Mall / Walkway linking to Tokyo Station. It’s also from 1min on foot from Kyobashi Station. Bed: Medium Soft - average Pillow: Cotton pillow - average Amenities: Thoughtful - These (and more) are found at the reception - hair tie, argan hair oil, facial cleanser and moisturizer set. Concierge: Helpful - The staff helped us organize our 4 rooms on 1 floor close to each other.

Good location, walking distance to Metro. Breakfast is worth eating.

Nice location with 7-11 at downstairs, easy access to Tokyo Station and Ginza line subway.

It was a nice pleasant stay. Jus abt 5mins walk from Tokyo station. Equip w laundry service, however there was a great demand of it, hence it’s always not enough and long queue.. otherwise everything was good. Luv the red bean bread at level 2 komeda cafe.

Hotel is considered very near to subway. Its cleaned. Right opposite is medi-ya. Amenities are in lobby area for you to self take what you need.

Walkable distance from Tokyo station. Considered a decent hotel.. service was good too!
