Although the room is small like the other typical Japanese business hotel, it is a comfortable stay as you have everything you need!

There is massage chair in my room However the service can be better, they only serve 2 bottles water everyday though 😅 Stayed here 5 nights!

Not too bad! The massage chair is as a little odd, but still enjoyed it. They did move my room when I asked. It was small, but doable. I slept well each night. Very accommodating staff. The room was a little stuffy with not ability to open a window. English TV and so much signage as well. Perfect for one person.

Great location, only a 2 minute walk from the subway. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. There's also a massage chair in the room, which is great after a long day of walking and exploring the city.

Clean, functional, smoking area near reception, cheap laundromat right next to hotel, great location for getting around Tokyo, friendly and accomodating staff, very nice hotel !

Excellent hotel, super comfortable and clean, and even had a massage chair in the room! It's definitely a more premium option so the price is higher, but if you can get a good deal I'd definitely recommend staying here if you want to check out Roppongi.

I stayed in the twin room here. Although the counter staff are pretty unfriendly here, it’s in a good location, has a massage chair, rain shower, tub with a window and Key Coffee as one of the amenities.

Good location with 2 railway stations ! Room is a bit small and cannot open the big luggage. However concerning the price and location, this is no point to complaint.

Excellent overnight stay before my trip to Chengdu. My first two trips to Japan I stayed in Airbnbs, but I liked the area of this hotel. It was clean, bed was good (for my taste) and I liked the pillows and massage chair. Nothing fussy and small, but service was impeccable.

this is my third time staying there, i love their massage chair. The only disappointment is there is no view from the window. Will stay there again if I travel to Tokyo next time.

veey polite helful for guests. not clear about all the room service available eg any gynm room.. any helpbin weighting luggage and handling luggage

A bit noisy at night but overall okay to stay. Very convenient location.
