Location is probably the best factor for this hotel, but it is definitely priced on the higher end because of that. There's no hotel facilities like gym/ pool, so this might be a good option if you just want a place to stay and will be out all day.

This hotel is great in location! Very walkable to Kanda station with many restaurants and mini stop convenience store just across the street. There are all the amenities you need available to pick up at lobby. The room is clean. There are lockers to use after you checkout for 24 hours. Worth the money!

The bathroom of this propery is so small that I bumped my knee at the lavatory aink when I got off the bathtub. The temperature of their airconditioning is not controllable thus I had to open the window when it gets hot inside the room and its noisy when the window is open.

I stay for 6 nights but Breakfast in every single day has nothing changed at all. It’s such boring and no-creativity as a Hotel.

I can't believe there's mold on the upper drain in the bathtub. It's horrible and gross. I can't believe I experienced such thing in Japan. There's no choice in the breakfast buffet. I think this hotel is only good for transit traveller who is looking for a cheap hotel.

Though the room is small, just like most budget business hotel in Japan for this price range, but the room has got everything needed. So this is a value for money hotel.

I did not have the breakfast but the cost of the room is definitely value for money in the Tokyo area. Room is clean and neat , but small. However if looking to just sleep for the night , it’s definitely value for money.

The rooms are decently sized by Japan hotel standards, and it’s about 5-10mins walk to the nearest train station. Abt 15-20mins walk to main Tokyo station. Still considered pretty central. Breakfast is decent too…
