Hotel Resol Ikebukuro recensioner

Hotel located near the east of the Ikebukuru, easy to access to multiple train station, quiet and clean to stay.

Don’t bother staying here. I stayed here a year ago but this time round I can see the changes. The room was so dusty!! And the AC needs a clean! I didn’t dare use it and just opened the window - which was fine as it was winter. The breakfast is absolutely nothing - there were more options a year ago. Sorry lost a customer

The hotel is clean and very good smell at lobby. The location is near metro station but quite far from JR station. The room’s light is not too light and there is no coin laundry at the hotel.

This hotel is probably one of my favourite in Japan. Love how cozy the place is. So many konbinis close by and cafes too. Ikebukuro main station is also about 7 to 10 mins walk. My 2nd time staying here and will probably stay again.

My most favourite accommodation in Japan! Not only clean, location is quiet and good( near to sunshine city prince hotel, direct Limousine bus from Narita airport , worried free!). All the necessary items given ( facial cleaning oil, cleanser, toner, cream, hair oil). The room is spacious and comfortable , two pillows given, staffs are nice, breakfast ok. Recommend for solo travellers and family stay too.

Hotel location is good, just 700m from JR ikekuburo station. Hotel service is fine, just that room is dark and the aircone of the room i got has some smell and the exhaust fan in washroom not functioning.

The location’s good, there’s convenience store right at the corner, reasonable price, perfect for couples.

Quite far, needs walk abt 12 mins from Ikebukuro station. Not as near compared to others that I had stayed. The room n neat n clean, subway line is nearby. Doesn’t have a resting lounge like the Akihabara outlet; which is really nice.

BED BUGS ALERT!!! I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. Shortly after checking in, I began noticing itching on my skin, and upon closer inspection, I discovered bed bugs crawling on the sheets and mattress. I immediately contacted the front desk, but the staff could barely communicate in English, making the situation even more frustrating. When I showed them the pictures of the bed bugs, they refused to admit that the issue came from their hotel. To make matters worse, the hotel was completely unwilling to take responsibility for the situation. Instead of offering a resolution, they told me to go see a doctor to prove that the bites were from bed bugs. However, they refused to cover any of the doctor’s fees. It felt like they were trying to dismiss the issue rather than address it properly. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. I will never stay here again, and I highly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. They not only failed to handle the problem but also lacked any accountability or customer care. Avoid at all costs

The hotel is not bad, near the game and shopping Spot l, the room is clean and the staff is polite, but there is a bit small.

The location was excellent, very close to the station. Staff was awesome and helpful. I asked for luggage delivery service. The staff was patient and used the translation machine to make sure that we communicated correctly. He called another holtel to confirm the location and time. We stayed only one night, I would stay longer next time.

decently good location, right next to a minor line and probably about 5 minutes of brisker walking to the main ikebukuro station.
