Smile Hotel Nihombashi Mitsukoshimae recensioner

The place is old but clean. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good, especially the tuna and onion. The staff was helpful and gave us suggestions to take train lines that were more efficient than those Google told us to. It is easier to take exit 1 for the Ginza line than exit 4. Here is the breakfast, and there were a lot of dishes we didn't eat

It is very convenient to get there. But the facilities are quite old, the room we stayed got the sink broken and the shades didn’t fully closed. We got to wake up during the sunrise, it is impossible to close the shades. And the blanket is dirty. Staff are nice but cannot speak English, it’s better to bring translator with you during visit

Room is small for okay for solo. Bed is comfortable, walking distance from train station. Good and affordable

Clean, convenient location. And quite a good breakfast. Rooms are small, but this is usually for Japan. I am very pleased with the stay!

Very convenient location to go around Tokyo. A couple of restaurants around. Overall, not a fancy place, but a functional one.

It is extremely close to a department store, there is also many choices of meals around, but it is a few minutes ' walk to a convenience store. The room is small (as expected), but the price of the room is cheap and near a metro station.

The room size was good for solo traveler. All the amenities were available. The room was clean and tidy only once i checked in but room clean service wasn't available on Sat, Sun and Monday and unfortunately my trip was also for 3 nights same days. Hotel asked for 100JPY extra tokyo taxes charges.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. There are also many nice restaurants near the hotel.

The entrance of the hotel looked quite shabby, but don’t be fooled by it. The rooms were extremely clean. We had housekeeping every day. Additionally, there were complimentary amenities that you wouldn’t expect from a three star hotel. The hotels in Europe with three stars will give you nothing basically. The hotel was 10 minutes by walking to the subway station, which directly takes you to do Haneda airport. There is also another subway station which is five minutes by walking, and this line takes you to all the places where you need to be. I’m quite satisfied with the work of this hotel and will definitely think of staying here in my next visit.
