This homestay truly exceeded my expectations — everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The attention to detail really made the stay special, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. A definite step above the usual!

This place is just amazing! Staff is nice and the common are is perfect to meet people ! They even organised some events quite often !

I’m not satisfied with the staff member named Josh or John (an American guy). When I asked if the hotel had hair ties, he immediately said no without checking or thinking. When I mentioned that my room didn’t have slippers (I mistakenly used the word “shoes” instead of “slippers”), I noticed that he didn’t understand, so I tried to explain again. However, he just said he didn’t understand, repeated the word “shoes” with a rather annoyed attitude, and showed no sign of wanting to listen or assist me. This is the first time I’ve encountered such service in Japan.

The location is great, short walking distance from Tokyo main attractions and subway/train stations. The staff are very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. They offer a very simple breakfast, but it is good for the price. They have a big coffee area for hanging out and doing laundry, which is nice to meet other travelers. They also sell subway pass tickets, which is a good deal. I recommend staying here.

No choice if you are in a tight budget. It's the cheapest so expect it's not great but u have save a lot of money. It's your choice if you prefer comfort or safe money. Even if how clean the space. If your room mates are trashy and smelly and noisy then u can't do anything Towels are not provided. Free breakfast

Been staying here for the 3rd time as the location is good except amenities and cleanliness poor

This was a very good hostel for location and a good price too. It was close to subway stations and lots to do nearby. Staff were very helpful and there was always somebody nearby

Staff spoke some English, good location near Sensouji Temple.

The location walk around 10-15min from Asakusa metro station, Easy to travel from Haneda Airport. First 3 nights I stay at mix dorm underground floor, a bit musty smell. The staff quite friendly & helpful. No free towel

As a hostel this is fine, I only dock points because of the price. In another country this hostel would have been well priced but because of Japan it is the price of an expensive hostel despite being average.

Good location However, there was rubbish under the beds, the beds were very thin, and rooms cramped. Bathrooms also not great, shower dripped all night. Unfortunately snoring kept me up most of night, however this is dependent on roommates. Nice to have breakfast in the morning and free use of kitchen. Staff were very kind Not sociable

A good location, and shops with many bars and cafes nearby. The metro is a short walk, & a lovely temple within walking distance too. Although a basic breakfast is provided, "Bangs" were provided throughout the night, the "staff" allowed someone to check in, like he booked last minute to arrive in our room. He checked in right in the middle of the night, & woke everyone up on purpose. This *random* guest had no common sense, & showed the lack of respect & professionalism by staff, & I felt police were controlling this "Abuse" behind the scenes! They then all came out to give the hostel entrance a *paint job* the next day! Pathetic really. There are better hostels elsewhere, in my opinion, Avoid. (Strange that they repeatedly advertised, & on booking, the Checkin times.....??????) Avoid.
