Tokyo Grand Hotel recensioner

The smell of the old place, but we opened the window and it was ok. It will be good to proceed hair bands. The location is perfect

The hotel is near metro station of Shibakoen which is opposite of Tokyo Tower. The room is big as compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Will stay again if I ever come Tokyo again.

All is OK, the hotel has a suitable location near 4 metro lines and a monorail. Our room was a smoking one but it's extremely nice and clean. And LARGE, it's rare in Tokyo)) The stuff is nice too, I sent a suitcase by Yamato transportation in just 2 minutes. So I recommend this hotel to all the tourists. The price is very good, especially with early booking. We used metro station Tamachi for Shibuya/Shinjuku/Yokohama/Shinagawa, it's more comfortable than labyrinth like Hamamatsucho station

My 2nd or 3rd time staying at Tokyo Grand. The location is pretty good and in a quiet part of Tokyo between shinagawa and Ginza. Plenty of food options available nearby and it's a walking distance from attractions like Tokyo Tower. Hotel itself is a bit dated but suffices for my group and amenities are basic but the location and comfort more than compensates for these factors

Breakfast was a little bit expensive considering the quality.

Locate in a peaceful location. near subway station (Daimon line and Mita line)

I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a hotel in my life. The front desk staff, particularly a Japanese man, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I checked in, he demanded payment for the room even though I had already paid through the app. When I asked why, he simply said, “I don’t know,” and walked away. During check-out, I asked about my deposit, and again he said “No” and turned away, laughing and speaking in Japanese with his colleagues. It felt very disrespectful and dismissive. Every time I asked a question or needed help, including when we reported the air conditioning wasn’t working (the room was extremely hot), his only answer was “I don’t know.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I felt ignored, disrespected, and frustrated throughout my entire stay.

Appearance is a bit antiquated but it's a great hotel for the price. Has all the amenities youd need and a breakfast buffet (I unfortunately didn't get to try it).

Good view of the Tokyo tower, especially at night it is spectacular. Spacious room. Close to the monorail that leads to Haneda.

I stayed for 7 nights.  My room was very quiet and spacious, water pressure was strong for showers, bedding and towels were changed every day.  Metro is 3 minutes away, some tourist attractions such as Tokyo Tower and a nice park are nearby.  The hotel does show its age but I will definitely stay there again.

A little bit far from the station especially with the luggage. Staff is very kind.
