Pictures on the site do not match room appearance. Front desk kind and polite but need to work on providing customer with support and alternative solutions. For example, check room with customer if there is a smell or cleanliness concern, offer air purifier, offer to re clean room , or offer a food drink voucher, etc. In pictures provided hair was not my own and there when we enter the room; bathroom need some type of drain deodorant and fan did not work. More than gently worn. Otherwise, good room amenities and good location.

Located in a quieter part of Shibuya but close enough with a few minutes’ walking effort to the scramble crossing, shops and restaurants. It is uphill which may be of some concern if you have oversized or multiple luggages, and you need to hike them up a couple of steps to the lobby entrance. Room and bathroom are small and a bit old, but standard for Japan and very serviceable.

It is my 2nd time in this hotel. First stay was back in 2020 and our family chose this hotel this time in 2023 because it's so dang perfect. The rooms are not tiny as how other Japan hotels are. We booked a room for 3pax and each of us had 1 single bed each. The toilet has a tub as well and staff are cleaning the room every single day, replacing all toiletries as well. The location is just near the shibuya crossing, about 500m walk (up hill) but it's just super near the mega donki. The hotel reception also allows guests to leave their luggage in the lobby even after check out which saves you a lot from having to rent coin lockers. I would definitely stay here again next time!

這條建議寫出來，本意是想幫助更多的人，酒店看不起中國人，沒有給我應有的服務 第一天入住，前台沒有告知我8:00會有人打掃衞生，也沒有告知我要掛牌子，一大早的就被一個人搶闖進來，把睡着的人吵醒，12:00又敲一次門 不管怎麼樣，誰都不喜歡睡覺的時候被人吵醒 跟打掃人員説，還怪我沒掛牌子 被子蓋了一晚上，一蓋身上就癢，第二天沒忍住跟前台反饋，前台一副敷衍的態度，一點歉意都沒有 安排打掃人員到我房間換被套，結果換的皺皺巴巴，都不是好好換的，如圖是換好的被子 因為語言表達不能讓你完全理解，你就給予不了別人應有的尊重？ 跟前台説了被子換成這個樣子，還要到我房間看，不相信我拍照內容，都説日本人服務好，細節做得到位，在我這一點都沒展現 房間的隔音極差，房間的冰箱一直有噪音，半夜吵得人實在睡不着，因為本人明天早上有測試，早早就睡下，冰箱一直轟隆隆的不定期的咕嚕聲，吵的睡不着  跟前台反饋問有沒有耳塞，依舊是沒有的答覆，冰箱噪音時，讓我一夜沒有入眠，如果大家要考試，一定不要選擇這家酒店，嚴重影響考試成績 服務基本可以説是沒有，房間也小，更何況我第三天沒有讓前台叫我，早上8:00電話就響了，直接把我吵醒了，前台一點態度都沒有，反應問題的時候還在那笑，一點都不尊重人，催我退房的時候也嚴肅的表達讓我在11:00之前必須出來，還指了指手錶 我表達你的態度有改進的空間，對方就很敷衍的説了一句不好意思，連該有的態度都沒有 他們對待國人和本國人的時候態度完全不同，歐洲人也可以享受本人的服務，中國人就衹有歧視，隨意對待，覺得我們不在乎態度 不管你是旅遊，還是商務出差，考試，本文寫出來是為了幫助到更多的人，希望大家耐心看完

一個人房算大，放置行李方便，唯一窗不能開，亦望不到外面。 離澀谷中心地帶有點遠。 相對去代代木公園較近。

我很喜歡酒店的地點和設施。淋浴的時候覺得水有些冷，好像衹有40攝氏度。如果淋浴的水温更熱一些就好了。

設施：相對較新，還不錯 衞生：每天都有人收拾，不錯哦 環境：地理位置極佳，出門幾分鐘就是suprme等一堆潮牌，特別好逛。吃的更不用説了。就是房間太小了，箱子都打不開，一進門小的都把我自己逗笑了 服務：不錯，很有禮貌，之前評論説不能寄存行李，現在可以寄存，態度特別好。 總體來説要是在澀谷買買買，每天待酒店時間短，這家算是個選擇

房間衞生還不錯，位置方便，距離繁華區很近，早餐很好，價格優惠，性價比比較高，離車站近，大約走路7～8分鐘。
