Good location, close to station! But the elevator is a bit slow, need bit time to wait for going up or down

Had a great stay here, as always!  I made two separate bookings with different room types consecutively.  The staff was well aware of that and kindly managed to arrange check in/out smoothly so that I could move to new room right away without any wait.  Excellent service!

Satisfied with the hotel during last 2 visits but not this time.  Found stain on the blanket, informed the staff and they did not change it.

Good location near both Keikyu and JR kamata stations. Few amenities. At least it's very clean

Not my first time staying in hotel mystays chain! I will always try to book them as much as i can as their hotels are very strategically located near the train stations and the Kamata one has many late night amenities around it. There is a 24 hours ramen shop near the hotel and also a shopping centre as well. They even have late bus services that goes to Haneda airport and journey is only a mere 20 mins. Their rooms are small but designed to be compact and space efficient. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely book it again :)

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well organized. The front desk staff is friendly and well trained. The only problem is its location a bit far while you walk from Kamata Station to the hotel.

This hotel was near Kamata Station, few minutes walk to the station, which was very convenient. Staff were great and the housekeeping was top notch. The room was decent. Just the basics. Overall nice hotel.

Hotel is clean and location is close to JR Kamata station only 5 mins walk. Haneda airport bus station is in front of JR Kamata station makes it very convenient. Staffs is extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our 3 days stay in this hotel. I will definitely be back next time for our trip in Japan. Room is small but has everything we need and clean.

The location is perfect for Haneda airport access. The staff are super friendly. Rooms are okay for the price but only one thing I don’t like is the smell in the bathroom.

Convenient, clean and definitively good value. Convenience store and grocery store within a few minutes walk. Room is quite compact, but normal for Japanese standards. Nice bed and pillows. Friendly staff.
