Location is good, easily accessible to the train stations. Breakfast is reasonably good for the price I paid.

I really thought it would be a trash because of the price and when we got there it feels like homie vibes and I’m telling you the moment I got to bed I knocked out and my husband say it too he had a great sleep it’s feels so comfy and comfortable

The location is very convenient. This hotel has nice view at the night. This hotel is nice and did provide amenities.The service is good. The morning breakfast is good. Recommended

Though it was a stopover hotel for us, it supplied us with the needs. Small simple room with not much room for those with lots of luggage, breakfast was made more for locals but location was different to your average Tokyo central based hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights ( Jan 7-9) during our side trip to Rome. Our room smells good and very clean. Staff were very professional and friendly, and spoke good English. We have a very good buffet breakfast with plenty to choice, very close to train station, easy to go around Tokyo, plenty of shops too. Excellent service!!! Highly recommended Thank you so much.

The hotel is located a little far from central Tokyo but the train station is 5 minutes walk so no problem. Staff was extremely helpful and kind! The room had laundry machine which was very convenient. The breakfast was very nice, lots of choices and everything was fresh and tasty. It was a great stay, I totally recommend it.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short 3-4 minute walk from the train station, making it very easy to get around. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, not crowded at all. I felt safe walking back to the hotel even at night. It's also not too far from Tokyo Disneyland, and a taxi ride there costs about 3000-4000 yen. There is the coffee bar for free. The housekeeping was excellent. My room was cleaned every day during my 6-night stay, and they even provided fresh pajamas every night! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities you could need and more. I was surprised to find a washing machine in my room! Breakfast was delicious, although the menu was the same every day. Overall, I had a great stay and thought it was excellent value for the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Easy process by them, check in was smooth, room was just nice for the 3 of us, hope it could be bigger so we can open our luggage without any issues, location was also good as the train station was near and there’s few marts and supermarkets at the area which was very convenient, restaurants nearby too, overall am satisfied with the stay

Hotel located in residential area in edogawa where there are plenty of local-oriented shop and restaurant which is not expensive. It is only 5-10 mins walk from nishi-kasai station on tozai line which can get you directly to tokyo station so it is ideal for those who want to explore tokyo on budget. Family mart is at the corner and Mos burger is few minutes aways by foot. The room size is large enough to open 2 large suitcases at the same time. Bed is comfy and toilet is bigger comparing to other business hotel in city centre. The highlight is the bathtub that have a depth that you can really enjoy ofuro. Inside the room has a microwave which you can buy bento from local shop or discounted supermarket to enjoy yourself privately.

The room is sparkling clean. The breakfast is a bonus, but it's simple. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby were a lovely touch. The hotel location is slightly out of town but conveniently situated on the Tozai line, making it easy to reach Chiba or the Disneyland area. You can purchase a Tokyo subway ticket for 600 yen, which allows you to enjoy unlimited travel within the subway area for 24 hours."
