Easy to get to. If travelling with luggage, take the exit A6 and A3 at Ningyocho Station (though check beforehand on google) for lifts unless you prefer a good workout.
Close to malls and shopping, with two lines to town. There are plenty of convenience stores around and you’ll have a choice of all the major brands with no worries. Helped that there was a Halal burger joint nearby for my Iftar.
There’s a luggage lift from the top of the stairs going down to the reception so you won’t have to lug it down. Going up though required manual operations when I checked out and the front office kindly helped me get my bag up.
Room was small as with most other hotels I have stayed in, in Tokyo, but had everything I needed. Would have been a little uncomfortable if there were two people though. Hotel provides a buffet table of toileteries. Also just ask for free use of irons (clothes, hair) and other amenities listed. You’ll just need to pick it up at the concierge. Free ice cream also was a nice touch.. All round very comfortable stay.
