For this reason, we have installed a luggage conveyor. If guests luggage is oversized, please feel free to ask for assistance from the reception staff.Regarding your makeup tools, we apologise for not being able to provide you with appropriate guidance. Lost items in guest rooms are listed once checked by the front desk, but no make-up tools were found on any floor after room cleaning. Sorry for the same information again. Also, at the time you came to the front desk, the next guest had already entered the room, so we were unable to check your checked out room again.
