The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is extensive and scrumptious, and the price is highly reasonable. The location is gold.

Hotel was very well located close to Shinjuku Station. Check in using their automated system was very easy. Rooms and amenities all provided very well - but it seems like there's an issue with moisture in the room. There was a very slight musty smell that disappeared as the air conditioning turned on. Otherwise, everything was very well thought out and overall I had a pleasant stay. The airport limousine bus also stops directly at this hotel which further adds to the convenience!

Excellent location. Pick up point for Airport express Limo bus. Walking distance to Shinjuku JR Station and most places in Shinjuku. Twin room is spacious and clean. Will definitely be my first choice of start in Tokyo.

The room is small, but easy to get around. The best price for this area, I believe.

Really nice hotel with superb location next to the shinjuku Keio subway line. Amenities were great where you can grab whatever you need from the counter. Minimal wastage there. Rooms are clean and housekeeping are reliable. Check-in and out were done via kiosk/ machines. Super easy and airport limousine is just outside. Couldn't recommend more!!! Thank you!!

LOVE this hotel! Give it all the stars just for location alone. Super close to Shinjuku station, able to walk easily to it. I also has a airport limousine bus pickup right at the hotel. I ordered some stuff on Amazon, and they were able to keep them for me until I arrived. Friendly and helpful staff :) I love their toiletries sachets too, good quality. They have a hair mask pack - SO GOOD! My hair was so smooth after using it. Room is a bit dated, but clean and with comfortable beds. The Twin Room is also bigger than most hotels in Tokyo, between me and my friend we had 2 huge luggages, able to fully open them without feeling cramped :D Bathroom was small, but just like any other hotels in Tokyo. So overall no complaints.

The hotel's location is unbeatable - 5 to 10 minutes walk to major shopping malls (Keio, Lumine and Takashimaya/Isetan) and many good food and attractions within the Shinjuku area! The airport shuttle is right at the door step; which is an absolute convenience for travellers! Room is a bit small (atypical for Japan hotels); but very clean and comfortable. Kudos points goes to the amenities bar with all sorts of amenities (Right down to hair masks/facial masks and bath salts) which were totally surprising and scored bonus points with me! :) I will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo.

Amenities were provided and this helped me saved a lot of luggage space. The room was of decent size which can accommodate 2 medium luggages to be opened and the bed was comfortable. Great location as it was very near to Shinjuku station. The staff were also helpful in our check in and check out which expedite the entire process. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

A little disappointed in the room cleaning service. Furniture like rolling chair looks soiled and clearly unclean with stains and dust.

Allowed storing of luggage for 3 days when I took a short trip out of Tokyo. Convenient location and appreciate the luggage storage service

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza SUNROUTE Shinjuku! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, which made exploring Tokyo incredibly convenient. Despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a long day. The room, while compact (as expected in Tokyo), was thoughtfully designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were everything we needed, including a humidifier, toiletries, and a handy phone charging dock. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. There are plenty of dining options nearby, from local eateries to convenience stores, and even a Starbucks just around the corner. We especially appreciated the easy access to shopping areas and the direct train line to major attractions. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Shinjuku. Great value for money and a smooth experience from check-in to check-out!

Really happy with Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shjnjuku. We kept our luggage fcoz we went to Mt. Fuji for two nites. Trustworthy & attention to details..Room tis time was bigger; vry much exceed Tokyo standards.
