Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Kyobashi

Disappointing as we expected more based on other reviews. Rooms were tiny, bed barely big enough to fit two people, unable to move, understandable due to space constraints. But service was bad, cleanliness was also terrible. SERVICE: We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights as a family of 4 travelling together. We didn’t even get rooms on the same floor. My daughters had to stay in a totally different floor from us. When we asked if we could shift the second night to at least a room on the same floor, the staff didn’t even bother checking and brushed us off by saying “the hotel is fully booked”. We made the booking really early, MONTHS prior to our trip. The hotel couldn’t even arrange two rooms on the same floor? Worse still, we checked for further availability on the nights we stayed, and there were still rooms available on trip.com, ***********, and agoda. Hope the hotel can further look into this. CLEANLINESS: Photos attached. Shower area is so dirty and small it is suffocating. Rooms were dusty, my daughter had allergies act up badly on her second night there. LOCATION: well, at least the location is good.

Hotel room was small but value for money. Really top notch service and location was decent!! Really good place to choose for your trip if you’re on a budget!! Small improvement that could be made was slightly more amenities that could be provided such as hair curler (was unavailable at the moment).

A nice space for a one-night stay. Very tiny rooms, but comfortable and great if you're getting in from Haneda Airport late.

Within walking distance to Tokyo Station and close to a few other MRT stations.

Room was extremely small top up for a bigger room at 1000Yen. Staff was very rigid not the kindest . Reception is on the second floor. It is near to subway station just one stop away from Ginza and about 10mins walk to tokyo station . Very accessible and quiet area. Convenient if you like to stay near Tokyo station.
