Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome Italia-Gai - Tokyo recensioner

It is a very decent hotel in terms of price and location. Tokyo Tower, Ginza, and Tsuijiki are within short walking distance. The hotel offers various facilities. The Japanese bathrooms are located on the top floor. Although they are not big, they can accommodate about 10 people at a time and are very clean. There are 4 washers/dryers available on various floors, and they are quite often occupied. Make sure you check the availability via your the room TV facilities channel.

It’s our first time visiting Tokyo! So appreciated that the hotel assigned us a family room with Tokyo tower view!!!

Bad location. The noise are effect from train track. NO A/C in room service Staff tell us to open the window for air flow in room If you open window there are a NOISY from train Terrible two night sleep

Hotel location is near Hamamatsucho station. And walking distance to Tokyo Tower. The hotel comes with own onsen on the top floor, which is good after a day's out walking around.

Room was clean and spacious (for Tokyo standards), the staff were pleasant and polite. The view of Tokyo tower from the room was a nice touch as well

Really good staff and kindness I checked in early but they help me to put my luggage direct to my room. All good with front desk staff Nearby Tokyo tower and also can booked Tokyo tower view room really nice. Nearby 山手線JR around 6-7 minutes by walk Highly recommended if you would like to live nearby Tokyo tower 🗼

Our room size for 3 pax was good. Service is acceptable. Location wise not very near metro station. Need to walk abt 10 minutes. Overall is good experience for the price we paid.

Been to Japan several times, stay in Mitsui garden every time. However, not satisfied this time. First of of all, the Indian front desk ******** is ********** a ******, also, I like to to drink tea, so I asked for 2 more extra bottles of water, the front desk tells me to drink“Japan tap water”, and emphasize on the water is ok to drink in “Japan”. I will never come to this location again. Btw, there are bugs.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was located relatively close to the subway and JR stations, so pretty convenient. It’s a quiet area, but was a little harder to find good food options in the area. You do have to go a bit farther to find bustling local restaurants, although there are a few convenience stores around.

We like the fact that are washers and driers in the hotel which made it easy to do laundry during our three days of stay with a child.

The location is in a really quite district. But it was during new year's vacation time. So probably would be bussier at normal times. Need to walk line 8-10 mins to nearby Metro stations. The bathroom is a little bit tiny but acceptable. Overall a good place

We'd stay here again. The location is excellent, walking distance to so many metro stations, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, we could see a bit of the Tokyo Tower from the room, and it was a direct trip to/from Haneda Airport. Service was great as well, the staff was polite, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, you had all kinds of options and fresh juice and coffee, and we never had to wait to enter. While the hotel does have a public bath, it's not a hot spring, it's rather small (more crowded around 9-10pm), and is basically just a big bathtub. It was a pretty quiet stay, despite the close proximity of so many metro stations, but if you're sensitive to noise do bring ear plugs, not just for the trains but the Chinese tourists in the hallway haha, they tend to shout and get really excited. Our triple room was clean and cozy, we had all the amenities we needed, and everything worked fine (hot water, kettle, fridge, TV, etc.) All in all, worth the money and me and my parents were very satisfied with the experience.

Front desk did not explain charges for local number clearly and I was given a bill for making local calls despite calling in advance of making the call to check on the rates.
