Newly renovated hotel, room size is quite ok. Facilities are pretty new too

Good room size, 10 mins walk to JR Tamachi and Mita Station. There is happy hour at 5pm daily with some snacks and free flow of wine. Great!

Clean and nice hotel. View is good. Have a “happy hour” with free drinks and some snacks.

A little out of the way for doing touristy things in Tokyo, but interesting architecture, has a view of Fuji Mountains, and really amazing ramen nearby

The room is clean and spacious compared to other Tokyo hotel accommodation. The breakfast is something needed to be improved on. Very limited options and the quality is below average.

The hotel is ok,with nice wiew and close to metro, train station. Personally, I think it's a bit strange that you can't use the lift from the 2nd to 13th floor. Reception was a little helpful because most people don't speak English and it's hard to understand. You must order breakfast well in advance, because you risk not having any more space (very small space for breakfast), even if you are a guest at that hotel. Clean and cleaning people are very nice and helpful. Not much happens at the hotel, in the evening, no arrangements or anything else.

The service was good and staff are friendly. However, there was a really bad smell when you turned on the air conditioner, and the windows were not allowed to be opened

Stayed for 10 nights. We landed on Haneda Airport and took the monorail. The hotel is located at Tamachi, one station away from the monorail's final station, Hamamatsucho. The hotel is a short 3 minutes walk and one traffic light away from Tamachi Station. The reception speaks capable English and although the check-in time is 3 in the afternoon, you are allowed to come and drop-off your luggage first. They also offer transport service of your baggages if requested before hand. Our room is 20 square feet (it's possible to open a 28 inch suitcase fully on the floor, almost as generous as it comes for a hotel in Tokyo!) featuring a queen sized bed and faces the southwest side of the hotel (and apparently you'd have a clear view of Tokyo Tower if you get a room facing the north). The room also features A/C that operates separately. The bathroom is well equipped with washlet, shower curtain, hairdryer, and a tub deep and wide enough to fit in two people at the same time. The housekeepers renew water bottles, toiletries, bath towels, pillows and sleepwears everyday, while full room cleaning happens every three days but can be requested before 11 on the night before. The hotel itself features laundry and smoking room on the fourteenth floor, and currency exchange machine on the first floor for those in need. Breakfast ends at 10 in the morning. The menu stays largely the same, while curry, salad and bread rotates everyday. All in all a very pleasant experience. The front desk is very helpful with any inquiries I have (most convenient ways to Disneyland, Narita Airport etc). On the other hand, do be aware that the information provided on this site did not list all the toiletries and the tools available (which caused us to bring shampoo and bodywash of our own). And although the neighborhood is quite small and quiet, it has everything you need and can be pretty calming after a day full of sightseeing and all the walkings.

Good location and clean. Breakfast is also nice. Staff is kind too.

Hotel is clean and not crowded. Train station is about 5-10mins walk away. There is self service laundry in the hotel and nearby. There are a few supermarkets nearby too. As for eating places, there are more near the train station.

Super clean & spacious room. Very friendly staff. Smooth & fast check-in & check-out. Location is very near to Tamachi station. Love the free drip coffee packs!
