New Otani Inn Tokyo recensioner

This is one of the best location hotels we have stayed in Tokyo! Despite lack of late night restaurants, Lawson is just next door. Or else you can walk 10 mins to the next JR Yamanote line stop for variety of late night restaurant. The room and facility is quite nice for such price tag. The only drawback is that the aircon is a bit confusing to operate

Definitely overpriced hotel. I booked a room for 2 people, but the there were only a pair of towels, room slippers, and room wear. The towels were just one for face and another one for after bath. There definitely should be 2 pairs of towels for both night and morning because I booked the room for 2. Besides that, the quilt had holes on it, and plumages were coming out of it. The pillow covers and the bed itself had a lot of pills, which was uncomfortable. It was very overpriced for the poor service.

Very friendly staff and smooth check in process. The price for double and single occupancy was same on website but at the hotel they charged extra for double occupation. Location is very good. Breakfast is excellent and sumptuous.

Location convenient since it’s directly connected to Osaki station

Bedsheet is quite dusty. Inside my room, I can hear noises from outside.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the facilities are clean and hygienic.

Hotel is within 5mins walk away from subway! Many eatery nearby too! The stations ended late for this station compare to other stations hence good for late night shopping at donki

Stayed in a double room on the 11th floor of the hotel. I was upgraded from a single room due to the hotel bookings. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the exit of the Osaki station and is easily accessible. There are some restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The hotel itself is a bit old and some of the furnishings a outdated, especially the console next to the bed contains buttons for a radio that do not work and the desk contains a telephone port for the Internet that is not used. There is no ethernet port, only WiFi that is a bit slow at peak hours. The bed is somewhat comfortable but it could be better. The bathroom contains a bathtub and seems to be newly renovated. I could hear some noise from the room next door, but not too noisy. Overall, for the price this is a good choice and I would recommend it.
