Love this hotel because of the shuttle bus to Tokyo disneyland and tokyo disneysea. Made it soo convenient. This is my 3rd time staying at hotel east 21 and we really love it.

A truly 4 stars hotel in Tokyo area with spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides are 2: 1) need to pay for the swimming pool. 2) their breakfast was not worth the 3600 yen per person paid. Just regular buffet breakfast with little Japanese fanfare. You can get a lot more for much less outside the hotel. Recommend: stay here and skip the pricy breakfast.

In general, the facilities are old and the registration procedure and breakfast vouchers, etc. are very old fashioned. The variety of the breakfast is good to start for the day. It is inconvenient that there is no inhouse laundromat. The hotel introduces the nearby one, however, it is not so near and moreover, the facility there doesn't have any instructions in foreign languages. The desk light on the working table is very old fashioned, which is very cumbersome. In the hotel premisis there is a supermarket, which is convenient.

Great location! It provides free shuttle bus to Disney, to nearby subway stations; there is also a bus to airport but there is a fee! Nice restaurants in the hotel.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are kept clean, and room service is exceptional awesome. Needs a microwave, my opinion. Only really issue I have is I paid over $1 thousand dollars in accommodation and they wanted me to pay an additional $90 per person to swim in the on-site pool, or even if you just there to supervise your child you still pay $90 up to 4pm. Then, over 16 years only allowed in after 5 pm. With a price tag as well. It was the only real issue I had. No, I didn't pay it. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

There is easy to go around, and convenient for family .There has a supermarket and few restaurants . we booked the room with breakfast that is a good choices for us going to disneyland. They provide shuttles to disneyland and seaworld for free. we couldn't go swimming that inside pool not for youngs under 18. outside pool it is not open. Our kids so disappointed that we look for a hotel with pool. the breakfast has many varieties choices,we enjoyed it. the room is good enough for two person what it paid.

Room was not big, but the service was good;) There were supermarket, drug store, restaurants right next to the hotel, very convenient. But to the nearest station, would be 15 minutes walk.

We always use this hotel when we rent a coaster bus because the hotel provide parking for large vehicle.

It’s not so clean. There is always a bad smell from the toilet.

Nice room. Very clean. Offer free shuttle to disneyland return trip. Need book in advance. They also offer free shuttle to the nearest train station.

Bathroom no fans, some mold in the bathroom

Hotel unfortunately is a 3.5* at best. Reasons: 1) previous half drunk water bottle in refrigerator, 2) water remaining in tea pot, and 3) hairs remaining in bathroom shower. What truly lowers the value is the daily rate to use the gym. Rather than a place for a quick workout management has decided to offer the pool and gym as a "spa" facility for a cost of $42.00 per visit with no discount for multiple days. As a business transfer whose time was limited it is simply ridiculous to justify the expense for an hour workout that costs half the daily rate of a hotel room here. Creating a profit center for the hotel may be a good business decision but it is terrible service for a guest. In addition, the concierge was absolutely no help in assisting me with a cosmetic that I had forgotten and the lobby is at least 85F. Not comfortable small bed as well and would not recommend a stay here.
