Quieter side of Tokyo yet close to convenience stores, dining, metro station and Imperial Palace. Room is not too big but very clean and comfortable. Has all the toothbrush, cleansing lotion, comb etc.

It was 4* hotel when they opened it. Don’t get me wrong - it’s still a decent hotel, but definitely not 4*. Don’t take breakfast - it’s so basic you barely have choice.

The building is located near a train station but is in the Business district so not very fun for tourists. The staff try their best to accommodate requests but not always flexible.

Location is bad because there is no food available nearby om sunday where most of the shop are closed in CBD. Hotel is clean breakfast is decent and consider good. Not too bad though but might consider other location hotel other than this stretch

Dirty. Skin itches when you lie on their bed. Even after linen change. And yes they did not changed linen before our arrival, so first night was on a linen from previous guests. Air conditioner is in a bad condition, 24 and higher gives you humid air that causes windows to fog up. Dirty cheap hotel in good location.

The hotel is in very convenient location, only 3-minute walk from Nagatacho Subway. The deluxe Twin Room is very spacious and situates in the top floor with good view. Buffet breakfast is good with western and Japanese food. The staff are very polite and helpful with the direction. Definitely recommend and will stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

Even though the hotel is not far from the metro station, however the station itself is quite far and complicated.
