Tokyo Dome Hotel recensioner

Jag använde detta hotell för cirka 10 år sedan, och detta var min andra gång, och det var en bättre upplevelse än förra gången. Det hade många fördelar, såsom ett bekvämt automatiskt incheckningssystem, rena rum, enkel åtkomst och många restauranger och butiker inom gångavstånd. Det grundläggande läget är inte särskilt centralt, men jag tror att det är ett mycket bra val för resenärer som är bekanta med centrala Tokyo.

The room was great, clean, big, good aircon, international plugs. Great services, breakfast was very nice. Very well placed, 200m aways from the subway station . And of course amazing views of Tokyo. The only downside was the check in, you do it on an automatic machine that didn’t work well for us. In a fancy hotel like this, I would love to have a person in front of me instead of a machine.

The stay in Tokyo Dome Hotel was enjoyable. Spacious room, great view, decent food around. Nothing to complain at all.

Very convenient to stay here while attending an event nearby at Kanadevia Hall.

Perfect spot if u need to watch a baseball match. Also big shopping mall nearby which is great

I cannot recommend Tokyo Dome Hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was flawless. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to everything on this side of the city. Whether we were heading out for sightseeing, shopping, or dining, everything was just a short walk or quick train ride away. The food was fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety. Each meal felt like a highlight of the day. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They are, without exaggeration, the kindest and most helpful people I've ever encountered in any hotel. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and efficient. They made us feel truly cared for. This was more than just a hotel stay – it felt like a home away from home. If you're visiting Tokyo, do yourself a favor and stay here. Tokyo Dome Hotel is the gold standard for hospitality.

Hotel is very clean and convenient! Great for families, staffs are nice and very helpful. It is near JR line and have many shops around and a pleasant and peaceful park. I am very surprised on having such big room in Tokyo and with smart tv able to watch YouTube too. Love this hotel! Thanks 😊

Perfect

This was my first time staying at Tokyo Dome hotel, for concert at Tokyo Dome. Although you can tell the hotel is with history from it design and facilities, the convenient location with offerings in the nearby area still win the flaws. One time i would like to comment was that i was told to use the check-in kiosk but it was not user-friendly. The translation was not accurate and the staff assistance was not prompt. By the time i check in (16:50), there were no queue waiting for check-in while at least 2 staff were at the front desk that available to assist. However, I need to ask the staff at the Check-in Kiosk twice to settle my check-in process. It makes me wonder if it is necessary to insist guest to use Kiosk while there was no queue for face to face check-in. Other than above, everything was great.

The room is big and spacious, and the view is awesome. The bathtub is a full-size bathtub compared to some other hotels. The service is great, as the reception is open 24 hours, and we can check in late at night. The location was very convenient for traveling to places of attraction.

Location, cleanliness is awesome. Self check-in and check-out available, so did not interact much with the staffs, but they do look very friendly and approachable. The only downside and its a major issue for me is that the pillow provided is way too thin. Stack 2 pillows will be too tall as one absorb the pressure for another. If sleeping only on one pillow, its too thin. From what I estimate, my head is only less than 5cm away from the bed itself. Due to the pillow, I've never had a good night sleep. This is just me and the pillow. Other than that, all other areas in the hotel are top notch

There is a gym in the hotel but they wanted extra money for using the gym. I have been in so many different hotels in so many different countries and this is the first time ı saw they want extra charge for using gym.
