The hotel is in a good location, near Ueno station and Takeya Building. The room is fit for 2 people.

Good location. Very near to train stations n eating/shopping streets. Room is clean. Hotel oso provide some free coffee & green tea in the afternoon at the reception counter. For your toiletries, can just go to the reception area to get yourself if u need more. However only drawback is they dun provide bottle of drinking water in the room.

The plus point of this hotel is its location. Less than 5 minutes walk from Okachimachi (JR Green line) Station - North Exit. Around 5-7 minutes walk to Keisei Ueno (For Narita Airport) and to Ueno Station (Ginza line). Ameyoko shopping street is within 200 metres, ideal for budget shopping and eateries. However, it is a really crowded hotel, the lobby is usually packed with tourists and breakfast served is very simple, each person can get a set of sandwich/pancake and drinks. The good thing is it allows take away. Room size is small but that's the norm of most hotels in Tokyo. In short, it is more to a budget hotel.

Room is sufficient for a medium luggage, might be cramp for two luggage and above. Location is near to ueno station, very convenient. Nearby have a lot of food choices to consider and shopping places.

Good hotel, nice easy breakfast

Really close to the train station. Staffs are nice and helpful! Cake at the cafe is great.

It took only a few walk from the station to the hotel. There is FamilyMart nearby. The room is cozy but clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Next to our hotel, there is a very nice beef restaurant.

Good location. Decoration and fittings are a bit out fashioned, but still in good shape. Faucet sharing between bath tub and wash basin is kind of inconvenient. Breakfast is a bit simple!

Small but best of all

Enjoy small quick breakfast before journey since 6:45 AM or can grab to go. Card key access restricts elevator use to guests who have checked in. Mini-bar amenities for choosing and using.

Rooms are small. Close to many restaurants and the local attractions. Breakfast options are bare minimum.

Great stay.i love the location very near with the airport and train/subway station. Near with all the marts/ shopping place, ueno park.just expect of very small hotel mostly in japan but still okay to fit in 2, it just that not enough for the luggages. I love the hotel service too. You can put you luggages and things after you check out till late night. They provide you with many amenities likr outdoor slipper,indoor slipper, robe.and if you need more they provide at the receptionist, you can pick more than 5 item everyday i think. I enjoy my stay at this hotel. The hotel location very convenient. Jr/anther rail just 5-8mins will arrived. Restaurant and Lawson/family mart near the hotel. Just feel abit old.

The room is sparkling clean, though the size is small (standard for a Japanese hotel). The location is excellent! I arrived at the hotel at 1 AM from Haneda Airport, and the check-in process was quick and welcoming. The nearest train station is JR Okachimachi. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the famous Ameyokocho market. There are many street food options and halal restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of dishes, as well as souvenir shops and popular Japanese branded goods.
