Ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza recensioner

The stay was quite pleasant. Room is super small but has all the amenities you need for a solo traveler. Staff were really nice and attentive to requests. Breakfast was a bit pricy with not much options and variety.

Ibis styles in Ginza is just one block away from Ginza Six and the flagship Uniqlo store in Ginza. There is a Family Mart right across the street so it’s very conveniently to get all that is needed. The room size is comfortable for one person. Not so much space to open luggage but manageable. Room is clean and well kept. Front counter service is excellent!!

The staff member named Christopher was extremely rude. I initially booked a single room but later wanted to upgrade to a room for two when a friend decided to join me. Christopher insisted there were no available rooms and told us to book a second room separately, despite my asking three times at different times. He even threatened us, saying that if we stayed together and were discovered, we would be kicked out, even in the middle of the night. I'm unsure if his language skills contributed to his rudeness. However, another junior staff member who heard our conversation could immediately find a larger room for us, which we just needed to pay an additional fee. We will definitely file another complaint with management.

Good hotel. One of the staff member had a perfect French. They do not provide water bottles, but you can drink the tap water.

Cosy room with just about enough space. Bathroom shower had good pressure. It’s opposite the fire brigade which has some noise however it didn’t interrupt our sleep. Affordable price - would recommend.

Good location. Small room as usual Jap Hotel. Not so many amenities. Super good service by front staff and housekeeping.

Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and like my previous trips we had no issues this time. Rooms are a little small but this is typical for Tokyo. Great location. Easy to get around.

Very decent chain-store hotel at a prime location! It's clean, quiet with everything you need for a short stay of business and/or pleasure. The staff were super helpful. There was a 24-hour Family Mart literally across the street. 5-min walk to the train station. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.
