I came here again after my Solo trip last year because that's how much I love their price point + location + amenities + security. The only thing is that their space for lockers are quite limited so abit hard to open luggage

A modern capsule hotel. Nice top floor rest area, a bit inconvenient that bathrooms and suitcase storage was on a much lower floor. The property and showers were clean. Beds weren’t comfortable and the lights in the walkway between the pods didn’t dim/turn off at night but ok for one night, have since stayed in better capsule hotels. Can’t comment on the sleep report as I never received this but given I didn’t sleep much I’m not too worried!

Clean and great location. Very near from Shinjuku Station. I just noticed my capsule beddings has weird smell, probably how it dries after the laundry service.

Excellent!! except when there is other travellers that not considerate in making noise in capsule. Too much moving and still putting the luggage in the capsule.

Very clean and tidy, and great location, staff happy to help - just a buzz at reception. Would have been nice to have access to hot water or tea/coffee making facilities not just vending machine in lounge area.

Great service from staff but there’s not enough space at the storage area so it gets really cramped and stressful and no seats to sit while packing. The hotel is split into 3 levels of storage (B1, L1, L2) and the sleeping area is from L3-L8 while L9 is the lounge with limited space. There’s a vending machine, 5 private cubicles, a main table in the middle and a table by the window. Note that no water is provided by the hotel, one will get a daily mesh bag containing a disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, sleeping pajamas, slippers and towels. There’s a hair dryer and tissue at the storage shower areas from B1-L2. Cramped bathrooms but there’s the TOTO bidet in each bathroom. Try to request for the lower decks as it’s hard to climb up and down every time. There’s only one lift so it takes some time to go to the storage space to pick up things if u forget.
