I stayed at CANVAS Hotel in Tokyo. The atmosphere was great, and it was a relaxing space. The location is very convenient, and getting to Ginza was quick. That’s why I chose to stay here. Very satisfied!

Very convenient hotel located in Ginza, just 5-7mins away from the metro exit. Hotel was clean and service was good, just a downside that we were informed of hotel being closed on checkout day thus luggages cannot be stored at hotel and there was no alternatives provided to guests. Do note that level 2 reception area is also a lounge area and when it’s night time, expect a huge crowd with loud music. We can’t hear the crowd or noise from our hotel room so that’s a plus!

Best word to describe the hotel PERFECT! Location is near to the train station(few different station) all by walking. If U don’t have a picky eater in ur family it’s food heaven there. Extremely clean . All staff extremely friendly. Oh room kind of small. But enough for us . 2 kids 2 adult 4 luggage. Only one huge luggage the rest cabin size. Oh and the projector u need ur phone to cast on the canvas. Love love this hotel. Definitely will be back here again! Look at the bar area!

Comfortable and clean rooms, spacious and well designed. Has a self-service laundry room which comes in handy. Lots of eateries nearby, walkable to stations. Enjoyed our stay there.

This was our first trip to Tokyo. We stayed at a few locations. This hotel is strategically located near Ginza station. For my son, this is a very high-tech hotel. There is a projector you can connect to your phone or laptop for gaming or watching YouTube. The toilet can play music while you shower. It can be connected via Bluetooth to hi-fi. I like the room's design and its thoughtful attention to detail. It is near all the bars and good restaurants. It is a great place to stay.

The room we were given was just above the railway. Even if I asked specifically for a quiet room, the hotel staff were inflexible, they just pretend they don't understand my request and didn't want to change the room after the first night, even if I told them I couldn't rest ar all.
