Very impressive hotel. Walking distance from metro station, 5 mins walk. Many restaurants around. Checking in and out from self checking and out machines is convenient. Hotel bus to DisneyResort is okay except you need to queue for tickets half and hour earlier. Only 30 seats first come first serve.

Overall is good. The room is nice and clean. Close to the station and they provide free bus service to Disneyland

The hotel itself is ok. A few more amenities would be good. Cafe leaves much to be desired and closes before the scheduled time. The service from rhe hotel staff is fantastic. And the novelty is great.

The location is very convenient, close to many restaurants and grocery stores, 5 mins walk from the Nishi kasai Metro station. The hotel is well kept and clean, will definitely come back next time.

There are 2 small mall in walking distance from hotel which have super market. There is a GU less than 5min walk from hotel if you want to buy clothing which got lesser people compare to the tourist attraction shop. Nearest smoking zone is at the train station. Location is convenient with lots of convenient stall Lawson , family mart , 7-11 and Aeon

Booked a room for 2 adults & 1 child for 2 nigjts stay.. We had a bed each which was great & beyond our expectations. Room was clean & comfy. Good value for money.

Stayed here as they have a shuttle to Disneyland! Enjoyable except that abit hard to see assistance as there's no staff present at the counter. Loved the free corn soup and breakfast in the morning 😁

The hotel Is very modern and cool. We loved the easy automated check in and check out with the dinosaurs. They offer a free shuttle service to Disney both ways so it is quite convenient. We will definitely return! Breakfast is quite Asian so if you down like Asian food as much you can buy easily at near by convenience stores. The location is great even for a night stroll.

The room was small but it’s Tokyo standard and enough to fit 3 people. Breakfast was excellent especially the chicken curry! They also have bar with diy cocktail drink for free every evening!! Definitely recommend this hotel!

clean and tidy hotel with the required equipments. the location is a bit far away from the central Tokyo, but it gives a place to take good rest by separating from the busy locations. Seldom to see real staff even the front desk is self operated. But they do have staff to tidy up the rooms everyday.

Free shuttle to Disneyland is outstanding point. Room was spacious enough to accommodate my family. Need to improve on breakfast variety. Menu remained unchanged for my 5days trip stayed in Hen na.

The washing machine is not enough, there is only two sets of drying and washing for the whole building. There will be only curry chicken for every day breakfast and cannot suitable for all people.

The best hotel i found in Tokyo. The location is accessible to Disney and metro train. The room is very clean, bedsheets and towels are also clean. I didnt go for reviews before i book so i got confused bec there is no receptionist except for this 2 dinasours, but i tried to contact staff to accomodate us. They are very accomodating and kind. The food on breakfast is good also . For me, this is excellent. Highly recommended for those who want to travel in Tokyo. I will go back next time
