Shibuya Hotel Excell is very nearest and accessible to all. Like train station and Shibuya Busy Road, which is i love seeing from the room hotel what people are working hard and busy hours. Also there's a lot of branded malls and soviegners shops. Best recommend to all the tourist planning shibuya.

The location of the hotel is superb, lot of eateries and shops around. The room i booked can watch the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Will stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

very nice place and very good location, very convenient to buy what you want. And what you can eat. But it was a very expensive price to living here pre night charge is around hk$2300 for 2 persons. Last night, we upgraded the corner room and charged us 4000 yan, so that was pretty high prices. The room is big enough for us, and the bed sizes were big too, very conformable. But it was very, very, very hard to find this hotel, they don't have the front door, it's in the mall inside, the front desk was in the 5th floor, this is must be careful.

Supreme location right in the center of Shibuya. It’s the most convenient hotel location you could have. Room is clean, quiet. Amenities are with the basics but good enough. Toilet a bit old and slight smelly.  Staffa are friendly and efficient.

Great hotel in the middle of shibuya area where you can get anything. There is airport limousine bus, very convenient to/from airport. Hotel is clean as japanese standard.

Hotel is connected to Shibuya station. The receptionist was very helpful and drew a detailed map for us to get to the station. There was a vending machine, microwave, washer and dryer on our floor. Although our room did not have a Shibuya Crossing view, we could see it from the huge window at the lift lobby. The hotel also had a Haikyuu collab during our stay.

Convenient location. Good place to stay if you want to be near the shopping and eating places.

Right in the heart of Shibuya crossing. Ask for the view facing Shibuya crossing and prepare to pay for the upgraded view. Not suitable for private drivers for airport transfer if you are engaging them because most of them do not know how to get to the level 5 hotel entrance from the Shibuya mark city bus station except for 1 driver who asked around for directions. Got vending machine, ice cubes machine,coin operated dryer and washer for 100yen domination.

Location of the hotel was the key selling point, very central and convenient with many shops & restaurants nearby. Price point is above average and definitely not the most optimum priced. The front desk service could have been better particularly a young Japanese lady (11th May 5pm) who obviously wasn't experience when I sought her advice on what are the options to get to Narita airport to catch a morning flight the following day. You would have expected that this would have been a fairly standard questions by customers of the hotel. After checking the internet for a long while, she gave the most inconvenient route. I found a much better way on my own eventually

Always our top choice when traveling to Tokyo, the Shibuya Excel is conveniently located near everything, including JR Shibuya Station, the Metro, Narita Express, and the Airport Bus. There is a supermarket in the basement where we can buy fresh, high-quality Japanese fruit. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Shibuya, with just a minute's walk to the world-famous Shibuya Crossing. Choosing this hotel is a decision you won't regret. We love it!

One of the bad and arrogant staff I ever met in my entire life and maybe they are trained to be bad and cheat guest and keep asking for money to upgrade and if you don’t want to upgrade than they will ask you to wait till last min of check in as they mentioned and make you feel like nothing
