I highly recommend this hotel because the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic stay. the location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the views from our room were stunning. Short distance to Tokyo Disneyland

Great Stay in Odaiba – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Having a Lawson convenience store right inside the building was super convenient. The service was friendly and professional, and getting around was easy — there's an airport bus available, which made arrival and departure stress-free. If you're planning to stay in the Odaiba area, I definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, great service, and everything you need in one place!

Small room, not close to the train station, cannot open windows for fresh air. It's decent but not worth the money.

Was attending an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight, this hotel is excellent location, within walking distance with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Room is clean and spacious, amenities provided excellent and I was most impressed by the fuss free self service check in/out and the self service luggage storage. The hotel even has a weighing scale at the airport limousine waiting area, how thoughtful is that! Excellent all round, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and book again next trip!

Very hot room, cannot open windows. No cool air conditioning even at 28C degree outside.

Near the big side. location is good. All the things are done by yourself. Good for one person especially for man.

The room was so hot at night, I felt like I was sleeping in my coffin. Two plus points was the amenities, there's so much of it and free electrical to use and they did come qnd clean whenever requested ... but the room was sooo small I regretted booking it for 3 nights - i hardly slept a wink with 2 fans and the window open all night in DECEMBER!! The room decor for the price and the bathroom was very caravan like so I don't think it was worth it. P It's close to Disney land so very very busy and it has about 500 rooms so you can imagine how many guests are staying here.

Convenient hotel for visiting Tokyo Disney resort as there is free shuttle service. However, it is quite a distance from the city and transport is expensive when taking the train line that goes to the hotel. The hotel is clean but it was sooooo hot! The temp is adjusted centrally and I really almost suffocated in the room in late November as they were blasting the heating. Pls reconsider staying here if you prefer having control over the room temp.

I stayed alone for three nights. The room size was good for me to stay alone, and I can spread out my luggage. But I couldn't open the windows, and the air conditioner was not an individual cooling system, so the air was so humid that I couldn't sleep. It was so painful. I usually don't write reviews on the accommodations, which was the most horrible accommodation I've ever stayed abroad. It felt like I was in a fish tank. The bedding was damp, and when I left the clothes hanging, even the clothes got wet. When I came back to the hotel after the schedule, I felt like it was my mission to think about how I can keep my room from not being humid. I didn't feel like it was a break time. Even going downtown is quite expensive than in other areas. It costs about 600 yen each way. If you're suffering from rhinitis, I recommend you look into other hotels.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo-Bay Ariake is formerly known as Hotel Sunroute Ariake. It is a four-star hotel on the first hotel stop of Airport Limousine via Toyosu Station from Narita Airport during the last ride with a travel fare of 3100 Yen. This hotel has changed its method of checking-in guests after the covid epidemic spread to Japan. Guests have to learn to check-in and check-out at the machines themselves because the hotel staff is not at the reception after midnight until 6 am. Guests also have to collect their toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors at the lobby as none are found in the rooms where other toiletries and hair dryers are found. Guests can buy breakfast before 6 am at Lawson, which is located in the hotel building on the second floor. In the Single room, there is a comfortable sofa seat in front of the bed but the table does not have enough space to put a laptop on. The hotel is 200 metres away from Panasonic Center, about 300 metres away from Kokusai-tenjijo Station of Rinkai Line, 1.3 km away from Tokyo Big Sight and less than 1 km from Yurikamome Ariake Station. It is convenient to travel from Ariake to Hamamatsucho Station for a transfer ride to Haneda Airport, Tokyo. The hotel is cheap to stay on days before major events such as JATA Tourism Expo and Japan International Aerospace Exhibition but it is too expensive to book the actual days of the exhibitions even if the booking dates are five months ahead of the actual events. Nevertheless, I may consider this hotel if I were to re-visit Tokyo Big Sight.

The room is small, dusty and very cramped. I can only say that it is close to the subway station, but there is definitely no food nearby. 房间很小，好多尘埃，非常局促 只能说近地铁站，附近想找吃的肯定没有。 部屋は狭く、埃っぽく、非常に窮屈です。 地下鉄の駅から近いとしか言えませんが、近くに食べ物が全くありません。

I'm in Tokyo for the event at Tokyo Big Sight so this hotel is very convenience, near the transportation, there s park nearby. Very calm during evening-night however not much restaurant around but I can take the bus into the city anyway.
