cool view for the Tokyo city and Mt.Fuji nice room，clean and warm

Horrible experience, the hotel itself was under major construction so that might be why our experience was so horrible. Besides that the room itself for extremely small for the price we paid.

We had a fabulous stay at the Hyatt   Would definitely go back

Spectacular hotel, great staff, rooms were well sized and had beautiful views of Shinjuku/Tokyo!

The service was exellent. We have enjoyed our five days stay.

Great place to stay with family travellers, big and clean rooms

Hotel was under major renovations, hence abit tricky to navigate.

Grande hotel, looks a little bit old, but everyhing is well-mantained. I think this hotel was so great in the era it was newly built.. location is very good near metro station, but a little bit far from hustle and bustle busy Shinjuku the most crowded area. The room is a bit old, but still quite comfortable.. there is Hilton Shinjuku nearby, the room is a bit more modern because newly renovated, the size of the room almost same, the main different thing, Hilton is more for business traveller, more people in the lobby, if you’re looking for more quite and fewer people, this hotel is better fot u…

This hotel offers a pleasant stay just a stone's throw away from Shinjuku, yet nestled away from the bustling heart of the district. There are close subway stations nearby and the JR Shinjuku Station is also within a reasonable walking distance. The service is top-notch, with exceptionally friendly staff who are quick to respond to any needs. While the rooms are of decent size, the single beds may not suit everyone's preference, and a double bed option would be a welcome addition. The facilities are adequate, although the gym can become crowded in the mornings. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The room view is good, every morning we can see the Fuji mountain through the window. They provide everything as per our request. The staff are polite and helpful.

Location is abit far from the busier shinjuku. Doesn't feel like a hyatt brand hotel to me and room is dated. However, friendly staff and wonderful service

Good staff and nice service

This is my second time staying at Hyatt Regency Tokyo. The reason I pick this hotel is because it has big room which can accomodate our family of three. Service is good but the hotel is a bit away from Shinjuku station. Need to take a subway for 1 stop to get to Shinjuku station.
