Great place to relax. The rooms have a very nice Japanese modern design. The cakes at Origami on the lobby floor are excellent, so be sure to try them. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities nearby, so you can enjoy a stroll. Convenience store was also conveniently located in the basement.

Classic Japanese style hotel locate in an important political area. Within walking distance, we explored almost all iconic political buildings. It is next to a beautiful shrine. The view from the room is nice, maybe nicer with the Tokyo Tower on the opposite side. Food is good, and the service was attentive.

Excellent hotel. Room is big and the setting is thoughtful. Quiet. Close to Akasaka where you can find a lot of dining options. Service is wonderful. Breakfast was ok but wont recommend to buy with breakfast if you stay for several nights. Will come again!

We stayed here for one night. Having arrived early in the morning at Haneda, we tried our luck by ringing the hotel to see if we can get an early check-in and was lucky enough to be offered a room at 8am. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The hotel has a direct entrance from the metro station which is a plus. Staff was always helpful and courteous. I would gladly stay here again. However, I won't say this is the most convenient location for a short leisure trip.

Everything was perfect. We also got lucky to be walking by Hibiya Koen (park) and viewed amazing fall colors right in the middle of Tokyo.

Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The staff from concierge, to Saryoh club lounge, restaurants and the Spa were amazing. We stayed here for a 15 year anniversary and the staff ensured we celebrated and enjoyed all moments. Shout out to the Tepanyaki chef from Hokkaido who has been with The Capitol Tokyu for over 15 years, from preparing a remarkable and unforgettable meal. The hotel and its staff really make their residents feel extra special. Well done
