Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo recensioner

Very convenient location but south tower can be older in its furnishings. Beddings are super comfy though and the 2+1 rooms are very spacious compared to the standard Japanese hotel rooms in Tokyo. Check in and out also a breeze. Highly recommended for family stays in Tokyo.

Great hotel located in Shinjuku. It’s about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku station. The rooms are big for Tokyo standards. I would recommend it highly.

Perfect location for Tokyo marathon runners. It is just by the starting line. Everything was great. Room super spacious and clean . We had a fantastic view of the Metropolitan Building with led lights show. Food so good in the buffet. Service is excellent.

The staff are super nice The location is very convenient There are a lot of restaurants and shopping mall nearby Parking fee is cheap It’s best choice for driving  tourists Will definitely come back again 

3rd visit to this hotel within a year. As always, solid hotel that provide excellent service and good spread of abf. Hotel has view of Mt Fuji from the guestroom as well.

We got a room upgrade from a very friendly staff. Excess my expectations all round.

Walked into the room and saw that the desk has fingerprints.   Not cleaned thoroughly.   The bed was laid unprofessionally.   Bed sheet was not tucked in nicely.   The sheds was loosely wrapped.  Seemed like the bed was done in a hurry and carelessly. 

The lights flickered, and the staff did not proactively solve the problem. Later, they found two non-compliant light bulbs to replace them, but after a failed replacement, they switched back to the faulty bulbs. The front desk staff also treated guests rudely, and after obtaining the room key, they did not provide any guidance on the location of the elevator.

The hotel is only 7 mins walk from Shinjuku JR station. The buffet breakfast is excellent with both western and Japanese style cuisine.

I would definitely return to this hotel again. The staff was very attentive and the location is fantastic. The room we had stayed in was newly renovated and the interior design was very user friendly. The breakfast at the premier lounge was amazing.

Keio hotel is located in Shinjuku. Their rooms are reasonably size and the staff are nice and helpful. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and Lawson convenience store is located opposite the hotel. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk from the hotel to Shinjuku's JR Station.

Very good location at Shinjuku. Accessible to all places by the Shinjuku train station. Hotel is clean and comfy. Staying in the south towel can view Mt Fuji!

Well-maintained hotel in a great location with convenient store , restaurant within walking distance less than 5 min.
