Tiny cozy and clean room in a premium location in Odaiba. Easy check in and friendly staff.

It’s a very convenient place to stay close to the station and it has a couple of stores to buy from and to eat out. The view in the hotel we’re staying at,  was the best view for us. The staff at the hotel cleans our stuff often and change our bins and clothes etc. The service staff helps us a lot go through stuff with the luggage packing and cleaning information. It was a comfortable experience to have. Thank you!!

This is a good location especially if you’re going to Disneyland. There are 3 train stations around the hotel within 5min walk. Its very convenient and spacious. Would stay there again. It is also close to Haneda airport. I don’t like to stay in the metropolitan area so this is a perfect location for us. They have lockers for early arrivals and also has a McDonalds attach to the hotel with convenient store. We also got a good view!!!

Wifi is always in slow and bad condition at whg hotels. The bed was comfortable.

We were so excited at the hotel, services are good and I liked baggage saving area and bus services which is hotel to Disneyland and airport, hotel breakfast is delicious and many choice.

The breakfast is great, but the reception for checking-in operation could be better optimized for higher efficiency.

Totally disappointed with this so called 4 stars hotel. Paying for $200+ / night made us feel robbed. Why? When we stepped in the room, it was old & outdated and no better than regular motel in the States. You even had to pickup your own toiletries at the lobby (is that a 4stars practice?) The only thing plus was their breakfast. Yet, that’s a $30 breakfast! Glad it’s only 1 night. Now, we have moved to a real 4 Stars hotel for 3 more nights. Would I recommend? Definitely not !

The hotel is near the train station, convenient for traveling to many places. Reasonable price, suitable for single travelers. Everything is fine, good check-in procedures and time.

Great hotel. A little bit older compared to competitors in this area, but still clean. Staff also was very nice. Temperature control was centralized, but it was up to my liking.

Hotel is walking distance to the Tokyo Big Sight where I had business at for the trip, so it was very convenient for me to just walk over every day for meetings. The room is decently sized, and despite an initiative towards being environmentally friendly, hotel was kind to still provide a free and easy bar at check in for guests to take what they need for their stay. Hotel also replaced my towels everyday (hanged new ones outside) despite requesting not to make up room. This was good. Will come back. Thank you.

We got the family room here from March 29-April 1. It was a big hotel, with lot of restaurants nearby. Mcdo and convenient store were at the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff😊 Location: near train/bus stations; with limousine bus from Narita to the hotel which was very convenient for us

Worse hotel I had ever experienced. I already checked in late in evening. I booked for two rooms. One of them smell like dead fish and the room was not clean up. I went down to complained to counter. They told me why not paid some money to upgrade ! I told them, why they can’t give me a proper room I had booked ? By then, out of no choice , they gave me another room. I open it and smell full of cigarette smell. I again went down to the front counter and told them, I booked for none smoking room and that counter boy insist it was a non-smoking room ! I told him why not you go up with me and check ! If that room is not a smoking room, I take the room without any complaint . Then he follow me up to check and 1st room and the second room I had complained. True enough, he realized his mistake and get me another room. Frankly speaking , that room is windows lock which I can understand for safety. But the ventilation was super bad. Not because I had switch on the “heater” in the room but really the room was very stuffy! I started to realize why so many people check out in the night after we open the front door for fresh air to come in. Franking speaking , hardly any cold air ! Initially I complained to front desk but they told me that is the best they can do and they offer me few pack of “koolfever pack” like this attach picture. Meaning they knew this problem and yet they did not do anything about it. I ask next question, why not I paid for upgrade will the room had better venting ? He said not. All the same ! At that time , already so late at night and tomorrow morning we had booked the Tokyo Disney Sea tickets, we negotiate among ourselves to stay one night so that we can change hotel after our Disney trip. I complained to Trip.com on the lousy hotel Condition and service and no refund from the hotel for balance stay if I check out. Thanks to trip.com they offered to offset $219 (converted from points) for me to book another hotel stay. Hence, 2nd day I booked another hotel and we move out the hotel because whole night I did not sleep and sweating and I have no choice but to guide dog with main door open for my family ! This is really insane. I don’t want my family to die out of oxygen ! Next, during check in, they keep on emphasize the room will not do cleaning after the 3rd day due to whatever good reason they had mention. However , on that morning after we go Disney sea, we are very sure some one actually go into our room. Even though we did not lost anything , I think, I find out our privacy is invaded. I had lost hope on this hotel and even I had to lost more money to stay in such hotel, I book another hotel immediately on 2nd day and we move out. Never never chose this hotel for safety sake and their front desk cannot help you to solve problem without verification and the rooms not clean is one of the biggest problem in hotel industry ! They can make the same mistake twice without verification and they had to go up themselves to confirm I am not telling a lie just to change room.

No A/C!!! It was so hot, the only AC they had was heater. No cold wind or any room to even breathe! Cant even imagine what its like in the summer
