Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel recensioner

The outside of the building is huge. There are so many amenities to choose from at reception. Definitely gives the impression its a 4* hotel. When I got into my room I could see rust and marks in the bathroom, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't pleased that the WiFi kept cutting out constantly. Now I got the impression it was a 2-3* hotel. Room service was excellent until the last night when they forgot to leave a night dress. The location is excellent, very close to the station and surrounded by shops. There's an amazon locker close by which helps with my online shopping addiction lol. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel and the amazing view but I got one of the symbol in the front garden.

Convenient location, train station nearby, walking without 5 mins

Convenince for luggage storage, and access to Station and convenince store.

It’s a very convenient place to stay close to the station and it has a couple of stores to buy from and to eat out. The view in the hotel we’re staying at,  was the best view for us. The staff at the hotel cleans our stuff often and change our bins and clothes etc. The service staff helps us a lot go through stuff with the luggage packing and cleaning information. It was a comfortable experience to have. Thank you!!

Stay for exhibition in tokyo.very near exhibition hall and hotel have nice wel.. The best hotel breakfast in Tokyo. I like it very much. Thanks.

Need to improve

This is a good location especially if you’re going to Disneyland. There are 3 train stations around the hotel within 5min walk. Its very convenient and spacious. Would stay there again. It is also close to Haneda airport. I don’t like to stay in the metropolitan area so this is a perfect location for us. They have lockers for early arrivals and also has a McDonalds attach to the hotel with convenient store. We also got a good view!!!

Enjoyed my solo trip and booked this hotel for 4 days. The smell was good and it was in the centre of train stations which was convenient.

Wifi is always in slow and bad condition at whg hotels. The bed was comfortable.

The location was in the the best location near Tokyo Disneyland. The service was really nice and the stuffs were incredible. But the cleanliness was a little messy. In the second day, house keeping memebers didn’t clean our blankets and pillows.

Nice staff, nice breakfast, clean room. Especially loved the breakfast. We can enjoy seafood, Japanese food, scrambled eggs, sausages, salad, dessert, some kinds of bread, soup, and so on there.

We were so excited at the hotel, services are good and I liked baggage saving area and bus services which is hotel to Disneyland and airport, hotel breakfast is delicious and many choice.
