Outstanding new property. Love the new hotel prototype and all the little features included in the new prototype. Room Size (King Suite), Shower Size & Design, Comfort Height Toilet, Luggage Shelf, Window Shade Design, Lobby Breakfast Area, etc.

This is a gem of a hotel! It is super clean and the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are quiet and well designed. Check in and check out were seamless. The breakfast was excellent. Every aspect of our stay was as good as can be.

The best thing about this 2-year-old hotel was it's location; it was well off Interstate 94, which provided a quiet night's sleep. We opted for a king room (#125) for our one-night stay. It included a full-size refrigerator and plenty of counter space. The room was near the side entrance, which was an asset for unpacking and packing our vehicle. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and featured a walk-in shower. The morning's breakfast featured several nice options. We would definitely recommend staying here.

New hotel (about 2 years old) so infrastructure is still well maintained. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights we only had one housekeeping service (day before checkout). One day we had to go ask the cleaning lady in the hallway to please service our room, She said someone else was supposed to clean our room and she will notify her coworker - still no service. Also when we walked in to check in (Thursday, Sep. 12th), the lady at counter did not even look up (she was on the phone) no silent acknowledgement for us to wait. I felt like she’s making us feel that she’s doing us a favor by letting us stay in the hotel.

I am a big fan of IHG hotels based on experience and the fact that our son works at one, which entitles us to a "Friends & Family" rate. Because we frequently travel cross country, we've had our share of wins and clunkers. I was traveling solo this trip, and, after a very long day of driving, I can't tell you how nice it was to walk into the hotel and have Kenny greet me by name. I was a bit taken by surprise by that, and he explained that I was the last registered guest to check in that evening. My room keys were ready, and, along with the key packet, Kenny gave me a sheet listing the amenities and pertinent details. He didn't overwhelm me with details or questions, he was charming and funny - really just a super nice guy and the perfect person to welcome guests. My room was fabulous, very clean, spacious and new; having a welcome greeting on the TV as I walked into my room was a really nice touch. I felt extremely safe and didn't worry about a thing. Breakfast the next morning wasn't fancy, but it was all I needed to fuel me up for the day's drive. Everyone I encountered was really friendly and kind. The location is very convenient to the highway and there were plenty of places to either fuel up or grab something to eat on the road later. This will definitely go on our list of places we are happy to stay on our next trip.
