Staybridge Suites Tomball - Spring Area

Jennifer needs to find another place to work. She is terrible and extremely rude. This hotel has gone way down hill since the last time we stayed a few months ago. We used to love it here. The so called "manager" was so unprofessional and didn't know anything. I don't remember her name. I think it was Denise or Diana. We wanted to know why we were overcharged $174 but she said she would reach out to her boss and give us a call but that has been 2 weeks ago and we still have not heard anything back and still no refund or explanation. We only stayed one night and charged over $300 for a studio room. We will never stay here after this ridiculous display. And I can't believe the owners of this place would allow employees to dress and act the way they do.

We had a fine stay until we encountered a giant cockroach on the next to last day. Huge. We were in a rush to get to our destination that day and saw it on the kitchenette counter as we were leaving. I did not feel comfortable leaving and coming back to a mystery roach situation. I went to the front desk to ask for roach spray. The front desk was useless! The young woman working there was polite but quiet and seemed to have no clue how to proceed. She (slowly) looked around and came back several minutes later empty handed. She offered no solutions, other than she told us there was a grocery store up the road where we could buy our own. I made clear I wasn’t sleeping there tonight. She said she could move us. We were running late and I didn’t have time for that. Meanwhile my tween son had captured the roach under a glass (gross). We just grabbed our stuff as we left and went to a different hotel that night. I know roaches happen but the total lack of concern of attention was unacceptable. We are coming back to this area several more times over the next month and they’ve lost my business. I will stay at the La Quinta in Magnolia instead, where we moved to that night. I sent an email to the front desk manager and filled out a survey. Zero response. I want my money back for the last night but I guess I’m not getting it.

Stayed here over the weekend while attending a workshop. Front desk staff was friendly. The free breakfast was decent. The shower head was tall enough for me (being 6' 1"), which was nice. My room faced the road and I did hear cars driving past. I could also hear when people in the room above mine were walking around, voices from the room next door, and the kids that were running in the hallway. Thankfully the noises all died down around bedtime, so didn't affect my sleep at all. Over all it was a nice stay. Since I was in a workshop most of the weekend I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but it provided exactly what I needed from it.

We enjoyed our king suite. Nice kitchenette. The silverware drawer was inside a cabinet - had to really search for it. Also we wanted ice, couldn't find an ice maker onsite, then realized they probably expected you to make your own ice in the fridge. Huge L-shaped couch and plenty of storage. The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff super friendly!

Went here for a weekend vacation and everything was wonderful. Staff was amazingly helpful and professional. The room was spotless when I arrived. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my future vacations. Pool was clean and lounge area was nice as well.

The location is very nice, new and very clean. Swimming area is very nice. Breakfast was good. Location was in proximity of baseball fields. Next door to a convenience store and felt very safe at this premise.

I stayed at this place multiple times with my family due to my company. The gym equipment is nearly all broken, there are missing weights that haven’t been replaced since my last visit, months ago. The front desk staff seem like nice people but they never have any towels or sheets ready. The property is filthy, I am actually not sure if they have cleaning staff. At least one of the two elevators are always broken or falling apart. They either do not have upper management or the management just simply isn’t there. All in all, this place has so much potential but is wasted on some of the worst maintenance I have ever seen. There are frayed wires sticking out of the cardio machine, and it will likely be that way my next visit in 6 months.

I love staying here. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast is wonderful. We love the waffles and fresh cut fruit.

I travel for work and come here once or twice a month and I love the great attitudes everyone has that works here. Ashley at the front desk is wonderful and I love the waffles for breakfast. I will continue to come to stay here as long as I continue to travel.
