Unbelievable experience with you

If a person want to enjoy Japanese sauna and a peaceful time , then this hotel is good. Breakfast is good and room size is sufficient for 2 people . However it is very far from Tokyo city centre around 65 km and not fit if you want to do shopping , sightseeing in city centre . . It is around 9-10 km narita airport

We booked this hotel because our driver needed a room, rather than take the bus back and go home. Big Hotel, Best Onsen Wherever you stay in this hotel, don't forget to enjoy the onsen, it is free of charge

I recommend this hotel if you are going with your family specifically in summer hot time. Because this hotel has outside pool. The breakfast was nice and had so many options. I would definitely stay here in next time with my family.

Quite disappointed because the shuttle bus end quite early at 10.30pm. No mention about this. The taxi to the hotel cost about 6000yen and there is no other option. Which is so expensive. Onsen close early at 9pm not like other hotels. Rooms and breakfast okay

Arrived at the airport and just caught the last shuttle bus to the hotel with a friendly and helpful driver. Easy checkin and spacious twin room. Very comfy beds, kettle and coffee plus good fridge in room. Didn’t have a chance to explore the facilities in spite of having an all access pass as caught the 10.42am hotel transfer bus into Tokyo station with was comfortable, punctual, spotless and reasonably priced. I’d skip the breakfast which cost me £18.50, as for someone vegan and gluten free (who also eats fish occasionally) there was genuinely hardly anything I could eat. The food looked mass produced and apparently the meatballs and bacon were definitely to be avoided. Probably the worst meal I’ve had in all my visits to Japan

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. The crab dinner buffet was amazing because of the unlimited supply of fresh snow crab. However the breakfast selection did not change for the 3 days we stayed there. The complimentary onsen (Yurakujo) was eye opening!

The hotel looks nice on the outside but actually it is fairly rundown and has the amount of cleanliness that you would expect with that. We arrived late, around 11pm, and had to wake up early for a flight in the morning. Shortly after we got to our room on the 9th floor, the fire alarm started going off. Originally we thought maybe it was an error or mistake so we waited, then loudspeakers started shouting "EMERGENCY". We gradually started walking down the stairs to the lobby. Everyone on our floor was confused as well. As we got downstairs, there was only one worker at the desk and she was checking in other customers. A customer confronted the worker and she said it was an error and she didn't know how to stop it. It went off multiple times, and the lobby started to fill with more people. The elevators weren't working because of the fire alarm as well, and no one could sleep with the alarm going off. We finally gave up after an hour and walked back upstairs to the 9th floor. By the time we got settled and wanted to get in bed, the alarm went off again, once again disrupting us trying to sleep. Thankfully, that was the last time. There seemed to be no concern from the employee that was working, and the hotel didn't even offer an apology. Meanwhile, our already short night of sleep got much shorter.

The resort is big, staffs are very friendly. We got the connecting room for a family of 5 and it’s big. We enjoyed the dinner buffet food choices and it’s nice that they have a complimentary drink for every guest, me and my husband loved that part so much as we got to enjoy our wine while having dinner after a long tiring day of flight 😊. Will definitely book again.

I was not disappointed booking your facility for my friends. they enjoyed and love it so relaxating according to them.

Nice resort not far from Narite Airport wih free transfer. Green area with deep outdoor pool and all year indoor pool. Tasty dinner and breakfast. Big rooms with windows. Friendly staff with good level of english.

Everything was ok. Very nice hotel only too far to the center Tokyo but is the bus.

I love it. We’re near the airport and the transportation to go there is free. The room is far from the lobby. The internet is very slow though.
