This is by far one of the best B & B great value for money wonderful area and very relaxing. Rooms are clean and tidy. Area is quiet, and peaceful very relaxing. I would throughly recommend Tonge Barn. Can't wait to stay again.

The hostess was so friendly, the room was spotless, the setting was beautiful and the dining area was lovely, would definitely visit again! I only stayed for one night, for business reasons but would happily stay there for a lot longer, I genuinely loved it!

We stayed here very recently ( 2 Couples) on a 4 day break.The Tonge Barn was a lovely location,and perfect for our trips to Leeds Castle,Canterbury,Chatham Dockyard,and Whitestable.It is a lovely place to stay,and Gabriela was an excellent host,and gave us a first class service to ensure we enjoyed our stay.The breakfasts were all we needed,and served up in a lovely Breakfast room.The surrounding Gardens are beautiful,and the whole experience here was excellent.We will certainly have no hesitation in returning and recommending.Thank you Gabriela.

A last minute booking to surprise a family member for their birthday, found us using the Tonge Barn as a base for our visit. We stayed in one of the 'mini' barns on site. The room was very well equipped with good wifi, mini fridge, microwave and plates and cutlery, iron, hairdryer and ironing board (stored in the very large wardrobe). The bed was very comfortable. The room had an ensuite wet room, which is great if you have mobility issues. A tip would be not to book breakfast too late as my bacon and sausage were dried out from being left in the oven too long. There was fresh orange juice on the table and a good variety of teas available. One thing was missing was either a little dish/plate to put the teabags in/on. It is a short distance to a large Sainsburys in Sittingbourne and nice restaurants in Ospringe.

We stayed in room number 3 for three nights. The room is spacious and comfortable, but there are no windows in the bedroom or the bathroom, only in the front room. The cleaning was done every day, but there was a really strong chemical smell when we came back in at the end of the day. We were surprised to see that it is a large B&B with a total of 12 rooms. For us, that takes off some of the cachet (B&B experience). The place is isolated, not close to any restaurants or sites. The garden is well maintained. The only cooked breakfast is the full English breakfast which is okay for a day or two, but it lacks variety. However, there were fruits and cereal available.
