We had a 1 night stay at Eden Clubhouse and were very impressed with the environment—it was peaceful, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. A big thank you to 小许 for the excellent service and detailed explanation of the attractions around Wuzhen. His warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience!

The hotel is nice and customer service is fantastic, with free Zao Cha Ke and will definitely come back again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way. Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay. Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting. The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay. In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side. We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date. I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area. My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to Silk Commerce Clubhouse and the team at the hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The hotel’s interior is absolutely stunning and they serve delicious tea that we couldn’t stop drinking. We will definitely be returning, thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We had the most wonderful stay here. The atmosphere is incredible, the room surpassed our imagination , and the best part is the staff. They make the stay into a magical experience, especially 管家小李, he helped us with anything over text, simply amazing. We can't wait to come back and have a longer stay.

Great stay at Eden Club House. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire check-in process was smooth and hassle-free as our luggage was picked up by the staff at the service centre, and there was also a buggy ride that dropped us off directly at the hotel. We were served snacks and tea at the waiting area while the staff helped us with check-in paperwork. One of the staff also explained in detail to us about the various attractions nearby and which ones to visit first. We were also given complimentary pudding. Service during breakfast next day was fantastic as well. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and the service was impeccable, on par with some of the best 5-star international hotel chains (or maybe even better). Will definitely recommend to all who are visiting Wuzhen. A big thank you to 小金 and 小许 for such a memorable stay at Eden Club House!

酒店服務非常好，管家小許從到景區接我們進酒店，一直到我們離開景區，都照顧得無微不至。清明期間竟然還給我們免費升級了價格翻倍的套房，房間是loft閣樓式，設施和洗護用品都很不錯。浴缸超級大，泡個澡能去掉在景區暴走的疲憊。自助早餐也非常不錯，中西餐都有，選擇很多。

房間乾淨整潔，去的時候天氣很冷，但是房間裏開了暖氣，很温暖。晚上和媽媽泡了澡，有一次性的浴缸套很方便。小吳全程在線，有問題都可以找他，晚上十一點甚至在線。來回都有人接送行李，下樓梯路過的經理姐姐還幫我搬了行李箱很感謝！酒店位置也挺方便，出門過了橋，就是主街道，離葱包燴，粽子，蘿蔔絲餅挺近。還不錯的體驗～

這次旅行能住到這家攜程上預訂的酒店，真的太幸運了！房間清潔工作做的很細緻，前台辦理入住迅速又貼心，還主動給我推薦周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐館 ，管家小華有任何需求都能及時響應、專業又有愛心把孩子們哄的特別開心！

真的很棒呀！入住體驗遠超預期！ 來之前有專門的管家會主動添加微信，提前來景區大門外面接你，然後幫你拿行李、帶你進大門坐車，一路上超貼心！誇誇我們的管家小冉，特別熱情大方，也很温柔周到！而且正好也是重慶的，交流起來可以用家鄉話超親切😆😆😆，入住的幾天一直是他負責我們的各種入住細節，很不錯！ 一進門就能聞到超香的味道，不是那種很悶的，而是有點像阿特金森的木質香，很有格調很沉穩🥰🥰等待辦理入住時會有管家提前準備好給客人的茶水放在桌上，整個酒店環境很好，處在一個離景區很近，但又特別安靜的地段，感覺一切都剛剛好~房間也很大，設施完善細節到位，下次帶家裡人一起再來！

住這裏就是圖安靜，雖然酒店的設施老了點，但是也算乾淨整潔，住着也很舒服。裏面的景觀很有韻味，不想去主街的話，可以坐在屋外發呆。 烏鎮的管家服務很贊，有需要都可以跟他們説，預訂餐廳的窗邊位子什麼的，餐費還可以打折。 接待我們的是管家小許，會提前發微信確認到達時間，提前出來接我們，耐心講解景區的各種活動，幫我們預約餐廳和早茶客，還會發各種提醒，很貼心了。 走的時候是管家小冉幫我們處理的，聯繫好車輛，還幫拎行李到出口，非常感謝。 希望烏鎮管理一直維持這種高水準～
