Waterside Resort

The location of the hotel is good, located in the middle of Xizha. Thankful that the staff helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs. Free buggy to hop on, free entry to Xizha as we stayed inside. Hope the hotel can improve on sound proof issues. Can literally hear people walking/talking/closing their door.

I had a wonderful holiday with my wife at Waterside Resort in Wuzhen. The hotel is located right inside the beautiful Xizha Scenic Area, which made our stay extra special. The room 4090 was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning. Xizha is quite big, so we were really thankful for the buggy service that made it easy for us to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort if you’re planning a trip to Wuzhen!

Our stay at the Wuzhen Tong’an Inn was nothing short of delightful. This review is specifically for Wuzhen Tong’an Inn, not the Waterside Resort. We were fortunate to have encountered a helpful lady at the visitor center who informed us that our original booking didn't face the Wuzhen grand canal but instead their own small private canal, which wouldn't offer views of the ancient boats. She assisted us with an upgrade to the Tong’an Inn, which provided not only beautiful scenery but also a prime location right at the heart of all the happenings. All Wuzhen guests head to one place for the breakfast buffet, which, conveniently, was right at our hotel. This was a significant advantage as the original booking would have required a 20+ minute walk, especially inconvenient in the rain and cold. Our room was a blend of ancient Chinese style, with fragrant old woods, and a modernized living quarter complete with a hot shower and smart devices. It was impeccably clean, providing a perfect balance of traditional charm and contemporary comfort. Everyone in Wuzhen was incredibly friendly. Special shout out to Mr. Ling, who helped us with our heavy luggage bags. He was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. It's unfortunate that we only booked two nights here. We would definitely love to stay longer in the future.

Good service and there is warm air in toilet it keeps you always in warm after shower or using toilet.

Location is in Xisha and surrounded with good restaurants, cafe, small shops, and not far from boat pier. Staffs provided great hospitality and service.
