Very nice and clean hotel, the owner is very friendly as well. Love the interior deco and the pantry which is great for family to have short meets at night or morning breakfast.

Location area is alright, however it would be best if hotel could provide slipper to wear indoor during cold season. Very sweet of them to provide gift after check-out too.

Our stay at Puyi Seclusion Wuzhen Boutique Homestay was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub. The location was perfect –it is in the middle, and within walking distance to the main attractions of West and East Scenic Zone. I highly recommend Puyi Seclusion to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay with an excellent service!

The hotel is about 1km walk from Wuzhen, the room is clean, the scenery is quite beautiful and pleasant, the staff is friendly and the service is good.

they are super friendly, free upgrade to premium room with bath tub. Room is cozy and clean. The staff even treat us some local snacks when we check out. 10/10 definitely will come again !

Walking distance to both east and west scenic areas. The curtain should be changed to those that block out sunlight. There was knocking sound from the roof when the Aircon was working. Everything else is perfect.

This is the first time i stay here. It’s very amazing from check-in to check-out. When i arrived, the reception has well-arranged all the rooms. She also share with us travel route, very very kind of her. When we check-out, they prepared a gift that are Wuzhen traditional cookies for us. It’s amazing.

Staffs were very nice and helpful. We were gifted a bag of local goodies by the stay. Only issue was free that there's no lift and fridge, and the air warmer took a really long time to work.

My boyfriend and I both love this homestay. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Even though their rooms are near the road, but their windows are very insulated so the room is very quiet. The owners extra amount to help us whenever we need help or we ask a question they really take good care of us. The towels are exceptionally clean when we are staying there. We will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant day in Wu Zhen.

Homestay staff is very friendly, helped us with the luggage and to arrange transportation to the bus station. They also give us free gifts upon checking out. Besides they also allowed us to choose which room we preferred and allowed us to upgrade to bigger room for free. Perfect service and no complaints at all.

NUMBER ONE in Wuzhen! By far the best homestay/hotel we have stayed in for this price. So clean so beautiful. I have stayed many places but this is by far the best one.
