Arcadia Village Hotel recensioner

This place is a zen place to stay at. Breakfast was nice, it felt peaceful when walking around the village. Many activities within the area such as fruits picking, mini zoo, kid cooking, ball games, kid indoor playground, etc.

Hotel environment very good but the activities not very friendly for kids. Children playground toys and activities mostly are repeated. All is lego. Staff all are polite and friendly.

Hotel is great , buffet has lots of variety and fresh produce . Parents enjoyed the buffet a lot . The kids club is not as fun for my 7 years old . It’s just farming and farming . The cooking class accompanied by parents is fun for him . The shuttle takes some time to arrive like 10 minutes sometime.

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks, especially to William. As English-speaking guests unfamiliar with the language and local customs, we felt incredibly well taken care of. William made sure we felt welcome, understood and guided. He helped us navigate both the hotel and this fascinating city. His calm and attentive manner truly made a difference. The hotel itself exceeded all expectations. The food was excellent, the rooms were spotless and the overall service was impeccable. Everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you again, William, for making our first experience in this part of the world so positive. We highly recommend this hotel to any international travelers looking for comfort, quality and exceptional staff.

It is a very nice resort for families with young children. We got upgraded to family room n we all sleep well. We got a king bed & a queen bed in this room. My children love the children area with starry light, tent, sofa. We enjoy every second in the resort by particulate in the activities. The food is also delicious.

Wah I really enjoyed alots to stay at this hotel..even though this hotel is awesome for family activities and I come with friend without kid, I also enjoyed staying here. You will be treated like a VIP as you are the one can enter the WU village with the wrist band provided besides WU ZHEN. Everywhere in this place is nice for photo shooting. I also enjoyed having five free beautiful photos from 伯爵旅拍. The service from the hotel staffs is great and helpful. The hotel provided a variety of breakfast and I can visit to Wu Zhen for a 早茶客visit as well.

The hotel is very new and located near to the wuzhen town. There are free shuttle electric bus to send us to the town we enjoyed visiting. Recommend to whoever like to visit wuzhen with good amenities

Excellent service from the team reception , concierge especially the butler . She helped us to ensure our check in and checkout with excellent service . The response from the WeChat for our request was fast and attentive . We truly enjoyed our stay , all staff are cheerful and friendly makes our stay wonderful experience

Highly recommended. Suggest 3D2N, to have relax pace to fully enjoy and visit East, West and the village. Very good customer service and attitude from the staff, hotel room is spacious, breakfast is full of varieties (all famous food inside West Gate can find it here!). Free shuttle into West Gate all time. Amenities and facilities are very good as well. 1 suggestion to meet international 5 star standard, during breakfast, if you can escorts the guest to empty table and offer coffee or tea will be perfect.

Really nice hotel and town for a relaxing holiday. Will definitely want to come back and visit again.
