I am extremely disappointed at the service of this 5 star hotel. We had paid more than $3k for the room and expected to be treated accordingly. It all started before our arrival, when they tried to take the money a week before our arrival, and couldn’t, so they said we just gonna cancel your room, so it took us hours calling the bank, and the hotel, and it appeared the problem was that they just forgot to put 3 digits for cvv! It made us so much stress even before the arrival. Also once we arrived at the hotel at 13:30, we had to wait for 2 hours for our room to be ready, and no one took care of us or explained anything, or showed what can we do in the hotel, and the territory of the hotel is very huge, so we had to explore everything ourselves, the staff didn’t try to make us feel welcomed, we even had to find our breakfast ourselves also or ask the staff ourselves . The good thing is that we liked the room, it was close to the pool, but the service is unforgettably bad for such a price.
